Just ate my sub pretty good veggies not to fresh tried to get the deal buy one get one for a dollar on the app in the store, no where on the app to get code the young lady at the counter didn’t know how, we just paid regular price she should have a code or something place needs cleaning
Said they were out of what I asked for. It was obvious that the person helping me didn't want to help, didn't want to be there. She wasn't rude but made zero effort to be friendly
No bread - at lunch time. Crazy.
I'm editing my review based on a visit here this past week. I ordered their new foot-long nachos. Subway's way or the highway? To my amazement, the guy fixing the bowl wouldn't allow me to substitute banana peppers for jalapeño peppers or ranch dressing for chipotle dressing. And the terse way he let me know there was no substitutions. I couldn't believe it, but I considered the server, and I am hoping he can get a little more training... unless this is Subway's new direction.
Subway is in a kind of a quiet neighborhood. Same excellent food, and it's great to get in and out without having to wait behind a ton of people.
7:30 on a Saturday night with no customers there. The male employee finally walks out from the back after 2 minutes of waiting to wash his hands looking very pissed and irritated and doesn't say anything.
If you hate making sandwiches, why do you work at a sandwich shop? We walked out and drove across the street and got treated properly. Never again
will we visit this location again.
Stopped in this evening to order a sandwich. I was the only person there so they weren’t busy. The girl (dark hair with maybe some blue) working behind the counter was extremely rude the second I walked in. I told her the sandwich I wanted and said just no tomato and she rudely said, “you can tell me your veggies when we get down there”. Then she asked what kind of bread I wanted 3 different times and she kept walking off. The fourth time she asked, she walked clear down to the register while I was down by the bread and rudely asked AGAIN while she rolled her eyes and gave me a nasty snarky look, “what kind of bread?” After I kindly ignored and dealt with her attitude long enough, I told her “you’re being extremely rude and have a terrible attitude so I’ll take my business elsewhere.” I walked out and I will not be back! I understand everyone has bad days but you don’t treat your customers like that. I was nothing but kind to her until I finally had enough of her rudeness. By reading other reviews, it’s sounds like there’s been multiple issues with this particular staff member. Perhaps they should handle her before they lose more customers.
Y have a lock on the restrooms for them to look like ish anyways?

What a wonderful dining experience I had flashbacks of eating in the stormy jungles of Fiji tigers in the background and monitor lizards roaming around freely

Staff was friendly and prompt with the order. They had a fresh assortment of veggies, which is something I look at when going to sandwich shops, so it was nice to see they cared.
Dietary restrictions: I'm on a low calorie diet, and they have an ingredient list so you know how many calories each item will be.

Very bad attitude really rude almost left to go to a different subway
SLOAN was absolutely amazing today ! He was patient and took him time making the sandwiches good! He was the only one back there the girl clocked out and left him with a line of people and online orders coming in. He was calm and collective and I really liked that! I give him the 5 stars !

I received a flyer in the mail, and thought that their $3 footlong Auntie Anne's pretzel looked so good.Well, it's not.I don't know what kind of oven they use to heat it up, but it has got to be a microwave. So when you put already cooked bread into a microwave you can pretty much expect a brick to come out.And that's exactly what I got.Unedible, very hard to chew, zero flavor or taste, it doesn't even taste like a pretzel. From one bite to the other, it just kept getting harder and harder to chew. The employee put some kind of liquid spread on it, which I can only assume would be bitter flavored, and I didn't even taste that.Couldn't finish it.Could hardly begin it!Do not waste your money.(Being the thrifty person that I am, I'll take it home and put it in my blender for breadcrumbs.)

The guy behind the counter spends more time running his mouth and worrying about who’s coming in the door than making your sandwich. If you want to make it a quick lunch don’t go to this location.
