Ordered a veggie delight from this store off of DoorDash, I asked for cheese on my sandwich, got no cheese on it, apparently the manager made my sandwich, when I called to complain about one side of my sandwich having a single slice of tomato and hardly any lettuce, olives or onions she literally lied about putting cheese on it and told me they are suppose to come with 6 olive slices. Like what? You’re telling me you count out 6 little slices of olives for a footlong? That’s absolutely ridiculous. I took a picture of the sandwich but seeing as how horrible this store reviews are and how consistently they disappoint I’m sure they have made it to where people can’t post pictures as proof of their food coming so poorly made. There’s no option to post a photo like there usually is for other stores. Pathetic. Just got to the one on central and ridge or the one on 37th and maize.

Apparently asking for a footlong sandwich to have ALL the veggies on half the sandwich is too complicated for the employees to understand and they’ll give you a plain sandwich instead. I HATE going to this location. Save yourself the headache and go down to the one on 21st, they use their thinking brains unlike the employees working here.

Lied about being out of pickles. As soon as we sat down they brought out more pickles. Kids sandwich bread was hard as a rock. No wonder there wasn't another person there at 6pm.

Every time we go there is only one very inexperienced, very young employee working by themselves. They always apologize and say the manager didn’t show and left them alone with no help. Last time in was the first time in a while that there were two experienced employees working. Two of the sandwiches were okay and
two were not, not enough meat and burned bread.

Gavin, the young man making my sandwich this evening was quite rude. His overall attitude was very poor, acted like he did not want to be at work, just in a bad mood. Tried making conversation with him while waiting on my sandwich and was straight up ignored by this young man. The restaurant was completely empty except for me, and it made sense to me as to why that was after interacting with the staff.

My friend came here to pick up a doordash order. Horrible service this guy ordered on doordash first yet they made 5 orders before him because they were made by in store customers. Wasting my friends time and the customers time horrible service

I’m not one to write negative reviews. But this is insane to me. Multiple trips I have came to this Subway and they have told me the have no bread, today I went there and they inform me after I spent five minutes at drive through creating my order on the screen. That now at window since it’s 5 minutes till close they can’t make 4 sandwiches (2 foot long, 2 6”) but they maybe able to make one or 2. When asked what is going on with this subway. He informs me they’re extremely under staffed. My opinion this place is just horribly managed

I ordered the special which comes with a drink, chips and sandwich. After I got it, I realized I didn't have the drink so I went back. Then, when I got home I found out I didn't have the chips in the bag. Come on guys....it's the special. You can do better!
Staff not very friendly. Food was good. A little skimpy on the toppings.
Good value especially if you have coupons
My family came through this location andused drive-through. It took 30 minutes to get our order and drive-through when there were two cars ahead of us. When we got home, we realized our order wasn’t made correctly at all. When I looked at the receipt, I saw that it was just a sandwiches and it doesn’t list the toppings. So I called the store to explain that the sandwiches came with just meat and cheese and we had zero toppings. The workers couldn’t explain why that issue happened on the touchscreen and I honestly am confused how the touchscreen would miss all the toppings that I picked when I’m literally the one doing a self serve on a computer. Anyway, the girls fix the sandwiches, but I had to drive another 20 minutes to get this resolved, which was a headache. I won’t use drive-through again.
