My wife and I placed a mobile order at this location this evening. The app said the order was received, built, and ready. When I went in to get the order, the two employees said there was no order in our name. I showed them the app and they agreed it was the correct location and the order had been placed, but they didn't have it. I also showed them that Subway had charged our credit card for this order. Again, they agreed, but just shrugged and said this has happened before and there is nothing they can do. They wouldn't make the sandwiches even though they could see that we were charged for them, they wouldn't contact their manager, or give us the managers number because he was on vacation until Sunday. They just said they would let him know and gave us a number for subway corporate that was just a recorded message about how to redeem a gift card. I understand that these things happen and that it's not the fault of the two employees. However, the management of this location is responsible for leaving their employees unprepared for a known situation, and without the authority to do what's required (make two sandwiches) to maintain a relationship with a customer. I will update this review on Sunday whether or not we received a call from the manager. Either way, we won't likely be returning to this location.

This location specifically sucks. Especially the lazy slob who is usually closing the place. He locked the doors 30 minutes early, told me through the drive through that they were out of bread, and finally told me he didn't think they had what is needed to make a wrap. Basically, he didn't want to do anything. I thought it was weird that another car went straight from the speaker to the exit in front of me, but this explained it. I went by the window, and the pos already had the entire food line cleaned and put away. They lost business to a minimum 2 cars of people.

We go here every week.Today there were flies around the food prep area & getting on food & sandwiches. The music was so loud the employees kept having to ask customers to repeat their order.

Went to the drive thru to order a chicken sandwich and he said he was out of chicken for the night so i said okay and left. My son wanted a turkey sandwich so i turned around came back thru and ordered a turkey sandwich and he said we are completely out of bread....No matter what I would have ordered he was going to be out of it. Lazy a$$ employee, will never eat here again

I was going about my day when I decided I wanted a lovely sub sandwich. I pulled into the drive through and bought one sandwich and a cookie. The cashier was very friendly and after receiving my food I parked my car and looked through the bag. That's when I was blessed by a most glorious sight. There was not one but two cookies. I was filled with happiness when I suddenly realized they must have charged me for two cookies. But to my utmost surprise, upon checking the receipt I discovered I had only paid for one cookie. Tears came to my eyes and I let out a cry of joy. I had never in my life been blessed this way by my local subway and experienced such generosity. I want to thank the two talented sandwich artists who crafted my meal today and decided to bless a stranger. My meal was perfection and your kindness did not go unnoticed. I hope you have a blessed rest of your day.
