I love Subway, think it's awesome. Was super hungry and wanted to go grab a bite to eat. Checked trusty Google and made sure we are all good, apparently not. I'll pull up and they're closed. Says they close at 9:30 even on the door. It wasn't even 8:30 at night. Very frustrated, very upset. Two stars only because I still like Subway but I just don't like this one.
Tried to use the promo codes on the app so I could get a sandwich at a somewhat fair price, but the app says that this location is not participating in this promotion. I know that the choice to stiff the customers out of the promotion deals was made by the franchise owner for this particular location. Subway's sandwiches are overpriced at regular menu price, so the promo code is mandatory. I guess this location has to be avoided.

Too expensive and when I wanted to check the receipt....NO receipt- out of paper! No lids for small cups!-every kid needs a lid! Napkins not with lids and cups- missed them and had to come back in.

Second time coming and second time walking out with the wrong order :,) first time it was chill I said tomatoes and she put mayo weird but whatever. Today I asked for tuna and she put pepperoni I’m not sure how one does this back to back but not great at all! Tried to tell her I said tuna and she stared blankly lol

STAY AWAY!!!If I could give negative stars I would. They don't even deserve a 0. I went to pick up online order and was informed there was no bread at all, couldn't make more either. Then I said I wanted a manager and a refund, couldn't do that cause there wasn't a manager there at all so I said it was ridiculous and they needed a manager there all shifts for these reasons. I was then yelled at and the woman (white, dark hair, roundish head, about 5ft 5in.) Told me to go KILL MYSELF. Corporate has been contacted along with attorneys for this insane harassment.

The young lady working there was very nice and made my outlaw sandwich exactly as I wanted. I loved the coke creme soda too!! She deserves a raise and 5 stars!! 🤩
