Ordered online again. Parked outside and let them know I was there. After waiting fifteen minutes, I again had to go inside and get my sandwich. There wasn't a single customer inside. Oh, my sandwich was ready, they just couldn't bring themselves to bring it out to me. Me thinks I am done with using their app and trying to pick it up.

I am not one to write reviews but whoever worked last night Monday October 10th ruined my experience and I most likely will not be back. This is not the first time this has happened. I am there all the time I order a BMT they gave me a spicy then I did ask for extra sauce but that sandwhich was inedible. I was looking forward to eating it later and then I unwrap it and get this mess.

amber was of terrible service , flat out rude, i didn’t appreciate her telling us each time that items would cost extra. We know how things works lol. as a person who works in customer service at least i know how to treat customers better.
