Ordered over the app. Waited over 20 mins and never received my food. The employee RJ was so rude. He moved slower than a sloth. I asked for a refund. He lied and said I could do it from the app. I asked how and he told me to f-off. I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone at the store over the phone and no one ever answers. So no food and no refund. Ordered over $40 of food. This company has lost all of my respect. Along with my family’s and friends respect.

I'm so tired of coming to this store and having one person in the entire store. Line literally out the door. Then when asked a question I'm treated like public enemy number one. Given attitude and then the sandwich kid walks off to the back for 5 minutes. What's the point of ordering online? I ordered with PLENTY of time.

Great service and the personnel are amazing. Especially the manager Raven! So sweet and great recommendations especially vegetarian and egg variations. Food is always good but, while I get it since I work in service, the increase in food price has turned people I know away.
Vegetarian options: Cheapest on the menu and you can load it up. Get double cheese for even better sandwiches.
Parking: Tons of parking!

This store is BAD! For the missing online orders they ask people to go back to store to get it when they can simply REFUND the missing item. Now think about it, if I could drive and had a car or the mobility why would I make an online order?! Asking customers to make a trip when they cannot instead of refunding (especially after the employee confirmed that they forgot to put in that item) is unhelpful. This is the 3rd time this has occurred in a span of 2 years. I seldom order from this store due to this reason. I really like Subway so I ordered and again they do what they do always, not check what is ordered, send something and not refund for missing orders!

My bread was so stale I couldn’t bite into it. After asking for new bread, they remade my sandwich and it was fantastic. Gave me free cookies for the trouble. I will be back.
