I'm so tired of coming to this store and having one person in the entire store. Line literally out the door. Then when asked a question I'm treated like public enemy number one. Given attitude and then the sandwich kid walks off to the back for 5 minutes. What's the point of ordering online? I ordered with PLENTY of time.

ProsOrder took less than 25 minutes Cons I didn't get extra tomatoesI ssk that my sandwich not be cut, but they cut it anywayI ordered double meat for extra $4 dollars on each sandwich and I receive neitherI even gave a tip, and my order was messed up

Great service and the personnel are amazing. Especially the manager Raven! So sweet and great recommendations especially vegetarian and egg variations. Food is always good but, while I get it since I work in service, the increase in food price has turned people I know away.Vegetarian options: Cheapest on the menu and you can load it up. Get double cheese for even better sandwiches.Parking: Tons of parking!Wheelchair accessibility: Standard options.Dietary restrictions: The website can give information on dietary options even if the employees might not know.

This store is BAD! For the missing online orders they ask people to go back to store to get it when they can simply REFUND the missing item. Now think about it, if I could drive and had a car or the mobility why would I make an online order?! Asking customers to make a trip when they cannot instead of refunding (especially after the employee confirmed that they forgot to put in that item) is unhelpful. This is the 3rd time this has occurred in a span of 2 years. I seldom order from this store due to this reason. I really like Subway so I ordered and again they do what they do always, not check what is ordered, send something and not refund for missing orders!

My bread was so stale I couldn’t bite into it. After asking for new bread, they remade my sandwich and it was fantastic. Gave me free cookies for the trouble. I will be back.

Latest TV Ads claim a whole new menu of sandwiches. Well, sandwich sizes and meat ingredients have been significantly reduced while increasing their prices per sandwich.

For some reason Wichita can’t get a decent subwayThis one has supply issues so they never have the ingredients you want and judging by other reviews I’m guessing that experience isn’t unique to me. Also the sandwiches aren’t made as well as other subways and they only have one employee most of the time which makes it slow AF only real positives are that the employees were nice when I went there and there isn’t a crack head trying to bum cigarettes off me like at the other subway (see the reviews of the subway by passage for more information related to that)

My 8 egg Sandwich was made perfectly and faster than ever !!! This is Subway 200 or so that I have tried across the US! This one is the best so far .Ill continue to leave reviews at all of them until you sponsor me ??
