Not worth the money or time spent!!!! Sandwiches were made incorrectly from a mobile order. I drove 20 minutes back to the house and realized it. It was lunch break so I didn't have a whole lot of time. Called and they said they could only do anything about it if we brought the entire sub in "untouched". I wanted what I paid for. Horrible customer service and horrible policies.
Iāve ordered online twice without the spawn of two months and have been disappointed both times. The first order iāve placed I went in at my pickup time notably they were super understaffed.I was in a rush yet I waited over 30 minutes I asked for a refund yet they told me it must be through the app I had placed the order as a guest so I wanted to ensure I could still get my refund regardless of the lack of information they agreed and I have yet to get anything. Today I placed two online orders One was received yet the other one was not received I have the order number for this order hopefully I get a refund for this order.

My food order took 45 minutes later than it should have to come 2 minutes down the road, after the ridiculous wait my sandwich had ONE single meatball in it and the my footlong was missing ingredients. Hot sandwich was cold and my dasher called multiple times stuck in the drive through for over 20 minutes. Terrible waste of money.

Never order on the app. They just mark it as done then donāt make it until you show up - as they can get to it - as they serve other orders. Iāve done it 3 times now and each time I come into the store at the instructed time when the app says itās ready, I get told itās not ready, I wait at least 30 minutes while others move through the line no problem. The location on central never has this problem. Iāll just switch back to them like before the bridge opened.

Have stopped in a few times here. Seems the service is on point each time they get you taken care of quick and professional and kindly. They seem to always have everything ready and full when you get too the counter. Get you thru efficiently. Place is well kept and clean. Has a great atmosphere place is not very old. I normally get the salad but have gotten a sandwich also.
Parking: Have plenty of parking easy to accommodate.
Kid-friendliness: Have kids menu and highchairs for the table.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access and has tables for wheelchairs.

I was really undecided where to go get something to eat, finally picked Subway cause I worked there 15+yrs ago and the food is good and they gotta be casino cheating quick to be nasty with your food ?. Guy working there didn't catch his name Young Latino was real cool shared some stories of working there while throwing in a good joke. All said and done had a great experience and saved half my sandwich for my girl because it was really good ?.
