Food is fair, prices are very high! Don’t recommend it to visitors.

Every time I come the food is amazing but service is always lacking, today I tried ordering some food after I got off, I called multiple times around 8:20 to 8:30 nobody answered. When I showed up around 8:40 they take 10 mins before they see me then tell me their kitchen is closed.

My favorite sushi in town, but service just keeps getting worse. Does anyone else recommend somewhere else?

The female server didnt have her hair up and didn’t even check on the table. She didn’t ask if we needed our waters refilled or asked how our food was. The other server that was on the floor was more attentive to us. She was also on her phone on the floor in front of us when we were trying to get her attention.

We are veggie and each sushi roll, app and bibimbap was wonderful. Service was great and it’s so nice inside - can’t wait to go back for dinner so we can have a few drinks as well.

We always love the food, the service could really improve though, usually they are nice and polite but water took over 10 minutes to get to us the last two times we have been and the server also had little knowledge of the alcohol menu.

Southwest Airlines

I ordered the Chef Special Sashimi. The pieces of fish were quite small. The presentation was below those of other sushi restaurants. BUT, the worst of all is that the sushi was still partially frozen in some pieces of salmon. Literally but into a piece of salmon that still had ice crystals.

I ordered the Korean fried chicken. This is does not appear to be double fried and battered like regular Korean fried chicken is. It’s just chicken wings they’re marketing as KFC.

We ordered some sushi roll which didn’t taste good. This is my second and last time here.

The prices here have gone up and are higher than they ought to be for sure. After tax and tip, you’re paying almost $20/roll.

The bathroom was also dirty. Literally cobwebs on the lights. Dirty plunger in the corner. Walls were dirty.

The staff was amazing though. Prompt courteous service.

We ordered our food then waited for half an hour watching every table that came after us get served. Then eventually the host tells us they ran out of the sauce we ordered for our meal and our food had been sat waiting. Got so frustrated I walked. Service is terrible although the food that went past our table looked great. Won’t be back here.
