Ordered the old town burrito, had never had a sushi a burrito before and I was blown away by the quality and the sauce that came with it. The sashimi provided excellent value for cost, and my order overall was delivered quickly and exactly how I wanted it. My new favorite sushi spot in town.

Well! We just found our new fave sushi restaurant in Wichita!! We ordered the Crazy Crab, Hole-In-One and the Alaskan! All were delicious! Service was great! For drinks we had the Breeze and the Sake-Tini… also very yummy! Great start to my birthday weekend!! 5 ⭐️ s!!!

Ordered the sushi combo A and the shrimp tempura appetizer. The shrimp tempura was crispy and well seasoned and the dipping sauce provided gave the dish a sweet component to the salty fried shrimp. The word of the game in sushi is freshness. The sushi set was fresh, texture was great so no complaint there. The miso soup had a good body and tasted misoey and good. Cheers!

Yeah this place has good sushi. I really enjoy there chicken katsu. The atmosphere is very nice and calm. I also like the miso soup. Everyone who works here is very nice and understanding.
Walked in with my wife on valentines. Excellent food. Like, truly truly delicious. I would do terrible things to get my hands on the recipe for the gyudon i had, and i would chop off a pinkie to learn to make katsu like they do.I will definitely be back.Dietary restrictions: They had sushi without rice on their menu. Very neat.Parking: There is a fuckload of parking. Especially if you dont mind a short walk.

Phenomenal. Hot sake, Sapporo, chicken Katsu, shrimp yakisoba, and beef bibimbap... all too amazing for words to describe. I'd sooner pass of old age than properly express how amazing this experience was. None need ever give another Wichita Sushi place a chance ever again.

Came to Sushiya for the first time tonight for a double date. There was only one server on the floor, her name is Carmen and she did such an amazing job juggling all the tables and making sure our drinks were full, and had our food. I’ll be asking for her everytime me and my wife go. She deserves every tip she gets!

Outstanding experience. This is my new favorite sushi place. The food was incredible, and our table got a little bit of everything to try. Everything was very fresh and the entrees cooked perfectly with generous portions. The sushi was the best I’ve had in a long time. The chef sent us out a complimentary chefs choice piece the blew us away. It was very slow when we went, but even still, I was impressed by the service. They were attentive without being overbearing and anticipated almost all of our needs.Dietary restrictions: Solid selection of vegetarian and pescatarian options
