Easily one of, if not the worst Taco Bell location in Wichita and has been like that for as far back as I can remember. Nothings changed at this location over the years, it actually seems to have just gotten worse.

Whoeever the girl is on the speaker/window 1/14/25 @1:20pm has a poor attitude for no reason. She closes the window far too fast. I shouldve recieved a military discount but she hadnt heard due to closing the window not even a second after being handed money. I asked if it was on there and her reply is “i didnt hear u ask for military discount” then proceeded to shut the window . I didnt want to start trouble so didnt. Next food was handed to us, recieved no sauce and AGAIN she shit the window extremely fast , we couldnt get a word out to ask for it. Definitely the worst service ive recieved from this location.

Food was good as usual. The ordering process was not my preference. I know that they are trying to make it faster using machines but for people with disabilities it's not easier.
So you guya hols a "featured item", wihm SEVERAL items that are CLEARLYa PREMIUM upcharge (chicken, and doritoes locos shell).. you sell 2 of these combos with 0 mention of being iut of MUTIPLE of said upcharge items..
AND JUST BE SILENT ABOUT THE PACK OF SAID ITEMS AND DOWNGRADE WITHOUT ASKING OR GIVING THE REGULAR PRICE OF SAID ITEMS?

OMG! Never again. We went in and you can't pay cash. You have pay with a card at a kiosk. The people ahead of us didn't know how to use the kiosk and when they asked for help the lady behind the counter was rude and acted inconvenienced. When we tried to get help we were flat out ignored. Never again will we go here.

First I asked for hot sauce they would only give me three packets for 4 breakfast burritos I asked for more and she would only give me two more and she was rude about it also the breakfast burrito was all tortilla almost no egg or meat in it I've seen quesadillas thicker than this burrito used to come here almost every morning I will not return
Making our own order was not worth the effort. Entering information impossible when the computer adds extra digits. Food was good, atmosphere was fast food restaurant. If we go back we will order thru the drive up . Taco Bell going self checkout is a fail.
