The woman working the drive thru this evening was consistently on her phone, she also had a really rude attitude. I got back to the house and discovered we were missing food ,cutlery and sauces.The food we did get was sloppily thrown together and I tried for over an hour to call in regarding to the missing Cheesy Chicken dipping burrito etc. only to get nothing but a busy signal. It would also be nice if Taco Bell would put the box orders in boxes instead of just piling everything in a bag together. This was supposed to make tonight easier for our family but this Taco Bell run was beyond frustrating.

I picked up 3 taco supreme tacos for lunch today, January 17. All of the tacos were broken and soggy! This is the 2nd time! I would love to get a fresh taco that is not broken or soggy! Do better!!

The staff only preps orders. You MUST use a kiosk to order. So service has been downgraded, no change in cost AND my tacos completely disintegrated and fell apart when I unwrapped them.

Employees seemed like they hated their life’s, couldn’t read the order put in appropriately, forgot multiple items order and messed up the food , find somewhere else to eat :)
Lobby has been closed randomly during the times I've visited. Service is poor. Had a mobile order. Guy wanted to tell me I was at the wrong location. After ensuring him several times I was at the right location he suddenly found my order. Had a bad attitude and my order wasn't entirely accurate. Hate this location

I actually took the time to eat inside Taco Bell one day last week. The food i ordered was right on target and delicious as far as fast food goes. I sat near the counter and an observant employee was kind enough to take my food tray from me and discard it!!!
