Usually dead inside. Doesn't matter how much you order, it's all in one bag. They will always forget your cinnamon twists. But the food is cooked correctly.

Apparently the managers here can be absolutely rude to people and chase them out doors. Just watched the self proclaimed manager chase a lady out of the store and try to fight her in the parking lot screaming at her like crazy just cuz the poor girl was having issues with the app and tried to get help in store. Manager refused and it started so CHAOS. Yeah I ain't ever eating here again and yall STAY AWAY. Unacceptable and gross. So was her attitude

I’ve gone to this Taco Bell for the past year as I live close by, in hopes each experience is better than the last. This is the only Taco Bell in Wichita that consistently has disgusting, cardboard taste-like Mexican Pizza. Everything else is fine according to my family that orders other food.

If I could give no stars, I would. Went in to order and sit down, the staff told the "front" person that she had customers in the lobby. She came up, would not take our order, said we can only order thru kiosk. Wow, really? So what is your job? We left, probably need to close this location, not ever very many ppl there and obviously, zero service.

Every single time I place an order at this restaurant they mess it up. Missing items and items prepared incorrectly. I tried calling the store to have the order fixed and no one answers or returns your calls.

We just came today 08/13/24 at 9:20 with a mobile order and the guy in the drive thru immediately says “ sorry, but we don’t have any beef” with so much sass LOL. Out of beef? Just say you’re lazy and don’t want to make any more orders. I guess there’s a reason it was empty and the other one is always full- because everyone knows the workers at this one suck and are lazy. Owner is losing a lot of money

Was kicked out of the store at 7:56pm
Ordered online so that I could ensure that I paid for everything that I wanted, three items were incorrectly made. Was missing the sour cream and tomatoes on my soft taco supreme and the sour cream I added to my bean burrito as well as my chips and cheese. I went back through the line and asked very politely for two sides of sour cream and 1 side of tomatoes as well as the chips and cheese. I was told several times that they made the food correctly, I had checked everything before leaving as to ensure I got exactly what I ordered. They also told me that I didn’t order the food the way that it shows in my app. Crazy how I paid for stuff. I was given a new soft taco supreme that had sour cream and tomatoes but did not have the avocado ranch. I asked about one more side of sour cream so I could put it in my burrito and they told me they put it on there. It was not and I showed him both my app and the burrito that I hadn’t eaten. They made me a new burrito with sour cream so eventually they did finally get my order correct (ish? As neither of the two soft tacos were as ordered but we’ll just deal with it)

I’ve been an assistant general manager at a Taco Bell for over two years and have worked with Taco Bell for over 6 and I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received today. Will not be returning.

The management team of Jacques and Desiree (sp?) corrected the issues and I’m appreciative that the management in tb of America corp is always willing to listen to their customers.
