Went thru the drive thru, was told before I ordered that they were unable to take cash app or chime cards, I had cash so no biggie, decided to try a steak power bowl they looked delicious, unfortunately the rice was hard and crunchy and the steak looked like something that belongs in a diaper, not dinner. This night taco bell was not yummy.

Went thru the drive thru. I had a few questions on my order. I originally ordered a food item but changed my mind still at the drive-thru. When I got to the window, one of the employees I could hear them yelling curse word (B!tch) at me because I changed my order.

We ordered 2 supreme chalupas for my girlfriend who doesn't like beef so we subbed it out for steak, that apparently didn't show up on their system when i switched locations on the app and when we went to the location we got the wrong thing. When we went back to get a refund or it made right they said since it was a mobile order they couldn't do anything about it and being very rude to us when we just asked if we could figure something out. Now we're out $12 and no chalupas. Because of this experience, we will not be giving taco bell anymore of our money or service ever. again. Please fire that scrawny ass boy of a manager you have working there who has no customer service experience or skills whatsoever.
