It amazes me how I can go to let's say lalos or dragon City or just about any other restaurant and they always get my order perfect. I can not take it anymore the people who work at this particular TB are absolutely not doing a good job not even a ok job they can't seem to get my order right at anytime of day it never fails. They consistently leave at least two items from my order out of the bag sometimes more and never ever do i get sauce! I will not be going back to this restaurant unless someone takes care of me. I am sick and tired of the idc attitude from the employees.this has got to change I mean you can't be making money . You guys have got to do something about the problem.i spend 100 dollars a week in this place only to get an attitude and a order that is always always always missing items / sauce/ and good costumer service.

They do no follow the manual for the food The cashier really nice and friendly but the manager on 10/25 at 4.35
I drove 40 minutes back to give a plate back because they did not add stuff and he told me I ate the part that was missing
I call them in the moment I opened the plate to let them know that I was driving back

Went through the drive through at 10:45 , ordered a bean burrito , and two tacos. Asked for hot sauce when placing order. They forgot the sauce , no big deal, although annoying I will go back and ask. At this point there are 7 cars in the drive thru so I call and ask if they can please meet me at the door with some sauce. The woman tells me no I have to wait in line. I go up to the screen to let them know that they forgot my sauce I asked for. The lady is immediately rude to me like I am offending her telling me I have to wait. Then another woman gets on the speaker and starts trying to lecture me about how I just need to just wait. Never in my life have I been treated so rudely by someone at a drive thru. You are the ones who forgot the item I specifically asked for and then you gave the audacity to not only not want to try and help me at all but be rude about it top of that. I’m going to reach out to your corporate offices on Monday. I will not ever be back to this poorly staffed and rude Taco Bell,

Had a terrible experience at this store. Ordered thru the mobile app and still had to wait 30+ minutes to receive my order. Saw multiple other people come inside and order and they all received their food before me. Don’t understand how you would make someone wait that long for what is supposed to be fast food. I could have gotten food quicker at a sit down restaurant. ?
