The food was amazing, and my kid accidentally spilled a drink on the floor and a Woman named emagen and Daniel mayer we’re super quick to help me and reassured me that it’s Ok And cleaned it up. The food came out super quick and perfect.

I’ve given this location (328 S West St) multiple chances, but the experience is consistently disappointing. Today was especially frustrating. My entire order was cold, stale, and carelessly packaged—chips crushed at the bottom of the bag, nacho cheese cold, and the food clearly microwaved rather than prepared fresh. Additionally, mobile orders are consistently 10+ minutes late, making the convenience of ordering ahead useless. The customer service is lacking, with no greeting or acknowledgment upon arrival. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is also unpleasant, often filled with disruptive, intoxicated patrons. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless improvements are made.

i had not realized that i didn’t give enough change. the worker said “did you mean to give me a dime?” and show 2 nickels. ofc i was confused because 2 nickels = 1 dime. so i said “no, i meant to give you those”. it took a moment to realize that i was 5 cents short so i gave the worker the change needed.
fast forward got my food, worker seemed hella annoyed. i tried being nice as possible because i work in fast food service. so i understand the struggle.
as i received my drink and food, there was like 1 packet of sauce for 3 tacos. and the person slammed the window.
i was a bit startled because i was being respectful. i said sorry and everything.
not sure if this is how you should treat a customer.

Waited 15 minutes for a #6 only person inside while they focused on Drive thru, 8 cars went by and I finally got my food, I had to ask for my drink since they forgot all about it. It used to be the best Taco bell in town, sadly not anymore.
Stood there for over 5 min, maybe 6 or 7, and never got helped. Walked out. Taco shop is only a couple blocks away. Better food anyways. 🤷

My husband and I both had tacos and they are horrible. We're not sure if they're bad, but the shells taste like sweaty socks. Really, really bad. Not edible. The taste is hard to even describe, he says it taste like chemicals. We tried to call to let them know the shells might be bad but got no answer. Tried to call 5 times.

I did a mobile order through the app received the wrong order. Tried to call the store multiple times with NO ANSWER! Had to drive all the way back to this location to get the correct food. Once I arrived the gentleman that was working the counter was so rude and unprofessional. This experience alone will deter me from coming back to this location.

DISRESPECTFUL omg this was absolutely awful the guy that take my order was amazing even doe I waited to long just for to stackers but the people fixing the food should be fire tonight I mean my god my stacker is so then it almost seems through then barely put in chicken they barely put any steak in my stacker I mean this is just awful I wouldn't advise anyone to come here to eat because they are extremely tight with the portion that they give out I am really upset at this like disrespected I'm calling corporate now I'm sending a email as well this is awful
