While traveling through Wichita over the Easter holiday we stopped by on way back to the turnpike. My daughter is vegetarian and it's fairly easy to find something there. Checked at the window for the sour cream and nope not in the bag, request it because I paid for it. The party at drive-thru was completely void of ANY personality, smh...back on the road only to discover the ENTIRE order was not what we ordered! Wtaf? Drove back and got a refund, that place was in total chaos. Nobody at the counter, 2 workers saw me come up and both just turned around and ignored me until I finally had to yell for a manager, there was a cop standing next to me at the drink fountain so we started chatting. A worker brought a tray full of food, like 10 items on it and tried to give it to the cop! He's like uh that's not mine, ya think? 1 person and 10 items on the tray, really?Someone had to go back and get help for my refund, same party from the drive-thru window, I mentioned our order and she replied.." I know what you had, I'm the person that took it" really? So wtaf? If you knew what my order was why was it completely wrong?Taco Bell is going straight down the tube with customer service, it's even like that where we live...time to stop going there period.Vegetarian options: Don't bother it'll be wrong anyway.

It’s newly renovated and it seems that service has improved since their remodel. We went inside and it’s basically Kiosk driven to order. They have a sign that says “use the kiosk due to short staff”. Not a problem for me. But I saw someone come in and they took their order no problem. Still have a fountain machine so that’s nice. Restrooms were clean.The drive thru takes longer than average and there is no way out once you enter the drive thru. So pack some patience!Overall, it’s definitely an improvement from their last place. If they get the proper staffing, then it will be a good place to eat.Parking: Loads of parkingKid-friendliness: Families come here a lot. Cheap.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of accessible tables

They force you to use the tablet to order your food, no employees ever came up to the front counter and they left the cash register wide open while they were in the back cooking. We wanted to pay cash for our food and we ended up having to holler at an employee to come help us.

THE slowest taco bell I have ever been to. We only came because we needed to grab something quick then got caught in the drive thru lane once we realized it was going to take this long.Also there were a lot of homeless outside and clear drug deals were happening. Not Taco Bells fault but notable if you want to choose a nicer taco bell to go to.

Based on my experiences here, the food has been pretty good overall. My orders have been fulfilled accurately. However, customer service is constantly bad. Wait times have taken upwards of 30 mins on average. This is extensive compared to other like places. If the company were to fix these issues, this location would be better.
