Terrible customer service. When I called because only 1 correct item was in my order I was told it wasn't his problem and that they were short staffed and training. Not an excuse for 1 out of 6 items being correct. We will never eat at this taco bell again!!!

My partner gets off around 11pm every night. And every night that he decides to get Taco Bell from this location they say at the drive thru that their systems are down and they’re only accepting door dash orders. My partner called me and asked me to make a DoorDash order while he was sitting in the drive thru and there was one truck in front of him. When he got to the window the guy working said that he already gave our door dash orders away to someone in a van. And I was on the speaker phone saying he was lying because there was literally a truck in front of my partners car and then my partner. No other cars can cut them in line at the drive thru and their lobby was already closed. The employee was trying to say they weren’t going to make our food because it was “picked up by someone else already” when there were only two cars in the drive thru! The employees here are LAZY and LIARS. Straight up trash. 🚮

Mistakenly put a to go order at the wrong location should’ve just canceled. It took like 20 minutes in the drive-through line not even behind any cars just for them to finish my order that I had ordered ahead of time 15 minutes prior.!!!!!

Went there couple days ago, got 3 soft tacos no lettuce for 2 year old that just eats the meat ,got them home maybe small spoonful of meat,.he was so hungry, no meat,will never go there again.
Ordered this. First it was the sauces. There was no cheese for the chips. So I told them that, the sour cream for 59 cents came as a small amount , I was told “of course things appear fuller, it’s for marketing purposes “. That’s false advertising actually and for .59 cents that’s crazy. Added rice to the burrito , up charge I might add, and substituted the taco for a soft supreme. They didn’t put rice, or my substitution. Called the store and got attitude from the manager , a very sarcastic “sorry”. Started to have lunch, and NO CHICKEN my my chalupa! Just do better , give people what they paid for . Will be calling to complain about my experience. One mistake okay, but the entire order.? Plus the manager not takeing the proper steps to make the customers order correct , crazy.
