Review is specifically for service. I received an incorrect item at a different location and went in to ask if they would swap. Cashier was busy but quick to notice me, greeted, and asked how to help. I explained my issue and they went to confirm with the manager. Manager came by in seconds. I repeated my issue. Manager stated they don't usually do a swap from another location (as I expected), but they would check with the district manager since they were available. Within a minute the manager returns and processed my exchange with no problems and some witty banter.
Some minutes later another worker has my food with a delightful presentation saying order for "Mess up." (A clever and funny entry into the system.) I was very pleased with the service especially because this location gets really busy. I can't promise they'll switch your items as it's not policy, but based on this you'll get some great service. Thank you, your DM should be pleased.
I wanted 3 dorito tacos with no lettuce. I ended up with 3 dorito tacos with damn near all lettuce. There was no sour cream at all and hardly any meat. It truly is not rocket science....do better. Jfc.
Update: tried to eat it anyway and they literally crumbled to pieces. My child could put a taco better together than that. Absolutely ridiculous.

Today I went to pickup my food. They moved the mobile pickup rack from the lobby to back of the counter area. Since there was no sign on it, I assumed I was able to pickup my order and go, like I done before and didn't know if I needed to ask. This time, they got mad at me and said I couldn't be back there to pickup my order. Put up a sign next time because I was able pickup my order before hand without any staff.
I sat in this drive thru waiting for 15 minutes just to be told the card reader was down. I am so angry. No compensation for my wait or anything... just sorry about your luck. Terrible terrible business practice.
