This is the worst Taco Bell in Wichita. The staff is just mean and rude and treat you like they hate you for coming there. It's unbelievably slow, the line is always long for a reason. The food is horrible and sloppy. I live right around the corner from here and refuse to go to it. Just go half a mile down the street to Taco Pronto for better service and better food for the same price or cheaper.

Received a drive through order after a 20 minute wait during lunch.
First time I ever had a cheesy gordita crunch missing its sauce. One of our quesadillas had a whole piece just missing from it. 1 star!

no i did not make it look like this. i ripped the top of the bag that it comes in across the top as usual and and it was literally stuck to the paper because all of the filling is on top of the freaking tortilla. obviously it wasn’t cut either.. just looked like mush.. the worst experience i’ve ever had i also asked for no creamy jalapeño sauce and they decided to put as much as they could lol.. paid an extra dollar for 2 cheese cups and didn’t get them shame on you guys.. y’all get paid too much.

First off missed an item on my order, I went back to get it, the manager on shift was very rude and disrespectful didn’t want to give us the item and argued the entire time. They stood there not wanting to take upfront orders while there was a line.

I just went in there maybe an hour ago? and when i got my food, it was cold and not correct! they gave me the wrong burritos, they didn’t have sauce and the servers just kept staring at my friend and i! i spent over $20 of the last of my money just to not even get what i ordered and it was cold.

Did not really interact with anyone due to the ordering system being electronic. The staff was being loud but never once acknowledged that we were there ordering and or leaving. Very little to no communication.
Order the number six that's supposed to come with two chicken chalupas and a taco and ordered a large Baja Blast with no ice. Got a small Baja Blast filled to the brim with ice two chalupa shells with nothing but sour cream and lettuce in them and no Taco. When I went to ask for my actual food they locked the door on me. Worst Taco Bell i have ever been to. BAR NONE.

Ordered our food and got home and found a bug in my Gordita. Called the restaurant and all they said was manager will be in the next day. My husband drove back to the restaurant and asked for a refund and we were told that they can’t unless they have manager approval and wouldn’t be able to remake the food either. Terrible service. Just disgusting.

This Taco Bell is the absolute WORST!! They messed up on my order which is not the first time they have done it . But today I came all the way back home to see they messed up on my Mexican pizza then I went back and told them so they remade it but then when I went back home and took a bite of my Mexican pizza, you can’t even eat it! The tortillas shell is spoiled so it has a really funky taste like old tortillas shell. Nasty I couldn’t even eat it. So not only did I waste my money on my pizza which I couldn’t even eat but also on my gas going back and forth. There are a few staff at this location when they are working there is always an issue with the orders.
