Guy taking the order was rude, kept talking over me. His tone made me feel like we were being a nuisance to him and unwelcome. Overall just apathetic staff.

Went to the East side taco tico today and ordered some bean and cheese burritos and got a friggin ROCK in our food don't normally go to this side of town but had some errands to run tried to call about it and was just hung up on absolutely horrible service and food

Made the completely wrong items 4 times for a for an order. Came home all items were incorrect. When asked about we were told by the employee "I didn't make it". They were supposed to be sanchos and we got burritos instead.

Some items were ordered hot. Most were ordered mild yet EVERYTHING was wrapped as hot with the exception of one item with an m marked on the wrapper. The whole process at the drive thru was rushed with "Anything else" after each item we ordered.
Sorry we were such an inconvenience. Lesson learned.

"Mexican staples"..... Not even close. Having lived in Mexico for years now? There's nothing at all you'd be able to serve here, not even to the dog??♂️. The peppers are spelled "chile". And "sancho" is someone you cheat with. (Sancha being the feminine version). Pero supongo que, Que sabe el medio oeste? ????
