Yes, it was 98 degrees outside and I ordered the Birria Ramen to try! 😆
I decided to venture here today in search of some good Mexican food and this place did not disappoint. Seriously, the only downside was that while I was waiting in the dining room until my to-go order was ready it was likely 80-85 degrees in there. I know this heat wave is bad right now but they def need to turn that AC down. Lol
The vibe is great inside but the real winner here is the low prices and great seasonings!
The salsa was wonderful and spicy - just the way I like it! The Birria ramen was full of flavor and you can tell the Birria had been cooked low and slow to make it extremely tender.
I’m only in Wichita a few more days but I already know I’ll be heading back here again before I leave to try something else!
