I might be a gringo but I know good tacos. I’m almost certain I’ve tried all the tacos in Wichita and Tacos Uruapan has become our go-to location. Pictured are tacos and torta of chorizo and carne asada. The chilies are perfect spice level and the salsas are amazing.

I've been going here since early 2022 and I have to say I like the quality of the tacos here then another taco truck there is these days. Prices of the tacos are fairly cheap compared to other taco trucks in Wichita. I don't really have anything bad to say about these people, service is good, prices are good and the overall environment is good. Come check it out and don't forget to tip them. they are friendly. smiley not fake smiles either! tonight friday aug fourth maybe about 1030 pm had a quebirra? and a taco... very fresh. no greasy taste. the green sauce is hot and i dont like hot. but i do! this taco truck has made me expand my likes! back in the past they gave me free food just because!

I've tried a lot of quesabirria and this is probably the best quesabirria we've ever had, and possibly the best quesadilla too. The birria is juicy and the consomé is deep in flavor (you can taste clove for sure). you have to try this place if you like tacos or if you haven't ever had authentic mexican. the service was so nice too, and the people are great. give it a try!

The food is good but the lady taking all of the orders doesn't change her gloves. She handles money and credit cards and then starts to cook with the same gloves. I'm sure she just needs to be a little more educated on hygiene and she'll start changing them.
Drove by on the way home. I'm so glad we decided to stop. I got 8 tacos (4 seasoned shredded beef tacos and 4 steak tacos) for only $21.50. They were delicious!!! I wish they were closer because I seriously would go there every Friday thru Sunday. we had to wait for about 10-15 min since they had a lot of customers. Will definitely try to go back for more delicious food soon. Everyone was very friendly too.

This the first that this has happened to me , the burrito was fine until I saw a dead fly in there , it instantly made me get disgusted since I was almost finished. You guys need to be more sanitized since it’s a food truck. I don’t recommend only because your food could have any type of insects and that’s big noo for me!!

We DoorDashed this tonight and we're not even done eating but I had to leave a review. This food is so freaking good. We got the Birria Quesadilla and the Asada Nachos and everything is perfect! The sauces have amazing flavor and a good kick of heat! Absolutely will be eating here again!
