The ramen here is consistently excellent! My favorites are the spicy miso and shoyu ramen. Additionally, the pokè bowl is a standout option—especially the custom pokè bowl I've shared in the images. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Place was really nice and comfortable. Nice and bright, clean and well taken care of. Walking in the door was a little confusing. There were several types of menus, and a kiosk to order from, but it seemed as though it was turned off, and in the back, there was a food like and a counter to order from. For a first time guest (which I was), the process was super confusing. Walked up to the counter, and the 2 young ladies working behind the counter just stopped and looked at me like I was an alien, no greeting, no offer of assistance, just a blank stare. I explained that it was my first time in, hoping they would kick into gear and explain a little about the process and how to be served, but literally nothing. I struggled through ordering, paid and still nothing. I had to ask “next steps”……do I wait here for my food, are you calling a number, are you delivering it to the table…….nothing. Place was pretty cool, but I can imagine with some fine tuning of the process, and some more helpful and engaging staff it really could be great. I got a Boba Tea, Sushi Burrito, and Gyoza and it was $28 bucks before the gratuity screen.

After Crafted left West Wichita I have been waiting for a new Poke poke place to come back. It has arrived! The poke was delicious. They even let you put cream cheese in the bowl like sushi! You can also pick whatever you want on some areas you add stuff! It was delicious!
When you come in you can pick up a a slip to fill out for your poke bowl! I’m sure this place will be huge for takeout!

An amazing place with good food and good people. If you want sushi but not traditional this is where you go to get a poke bowl. Their system for designing your own is amazing.
