The ramen here is consistently excellent! My favorites are the spicy miso and shoyu ramen. Additionally, the pokè bowl is a standout option—especially the custom pokè bowl I've shared in the images. Highly recommend giving it a try!
Place was really nice and comfortable. Nice and bright, clean and well taken care of. Walking in the door was a little confusing. There were several types of menus, and a kiosk to order from, but it seemed as though it was turned off, and in the back, there was a food like and a counter to order from. After Crafted left West Wichita I have been waiting for a new Poke poke place to come back. It has arrived! The poke was delicious. They even let you put cream cheese in the bowl like sushi! You can also pick whatever you want on some areas you add stuff! It was delicious!
