Tonight my family decided to get together and have dinner at Tanker. It was EXCELLENT! Between the 6 of us we Ordered quite the selection, Beef ribs, burnt ends, pulled pork, brisket and hot links. The beef ribs are massive and 1 is easily enough as a meal on its own! The potluck potatoes are an absolute hit! And those burnt ends, I was expecting small hunks of slightly crispy smoky meat, but instead was treated to large cubes of tender Smokey goodness! The owner takes his job...
This place was so good! Glad we found it, we’d never heard of it. The meats, sides, and sauces were all so delicious. Will be returning just for that sweet corn casserole and potato salad if nothing else 😍

I’m a frequent visitor to Wichita and I stop here at-least once every trip. Beef rib and brisket is a must try. I wish they had better vegetable side options. A lot of meat needs a good sidekick for digestion 😉
Nicely renovated and clean. Parking is easy wait is short. Not the friendliest people I’ve ever met, but the food makes up for it.
