I would like to know if your expresso machine has been fixed yet. I have come in three weeks in a row and I am told the same thing every time. I am told every time that your place of business is still waiting for parts to come I’m. Can you please tell me if that is still the case?

This is my favorite coffee shop it's an old house converted to a coffee shop and it's quite quaint, cozy atmosphere, LGBTQIA friendly! It almost feels like sitting at home drinking your coffee... There are three stories all together so it's very rare you get disturbed by other guests while working the first floor is like a local handmade shop, they have a really awesome selection

I used to love their drinks, specially their iced Matcha but last time I got it, about a week ago, I was so disappointed. It tasted like watered down milk with sugar and a splash of matcha, not the dark green color they used to have. Not sure if new management changed their recipes but I’d rather not pay money for a drink like that again.

Neat place. Great employees, but the owners are not paying their employees! Two weeks ago multiple employees had paychecks that bounced and the owners haven’t made it right! Today(7/25/25) employees are reporting they have t been paid!!! Due to these problems I have to give them 1 star. They should get zero!!

A Cozy, Creative Gem in Wichita

We had such a delightful experience at The Coop on Douglas. We ordered a latte flight with oat milk, an oat milk latte, and a peach smoothie. Everything was absolutely delicious. You can truly taste the care that goes into each drink.

The location is charming, set in a beautiful older three-story home that’s conveniently located near both downtown and College Hill. It has a welcoming, cozy atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease.

Our barista was wonderful. They were rocking fairy ears, a lovely green dress, small horns, and a piercing. Their energy was as magical as their look. I really appreciate that The Coop allows employees to express themselves fully and authentically. It made the whole experience feel even more inviting and inclusive.

Each floor had its own personality. There was a cute shop on the first floor, fun games on the second, and a super kid-friendly space on the third with mini chairs and activities for younger children. We also enjoyed the interactive “Where’s Waldo” passport activity, which added a fun and whimsical touch.

The Coop is more than just a coffee shop. It’s a creative, community-focused space full of warmth and charm. We will definitely be back.

I am moving to Wichita soon and wanted to explore the area I will be working a bit more and found this GEM of a coffee shop. Lattes are delicious and the beans are really good. They have a really great game selection and we played for hours! Also lots of cool stuff sold in their market. 10/10 will be back and be a regular when I am living in Wichita

I'm sad to say this because I loved the older Coop so much, but I just stopped by for the first time since they are under new management and it was disappointing to say the least. I got a favorite of mine a chai latte and it was sickly sweet and not very flavorful.
It would have been almost cheaper (and definitely better tasting) to just get a chai from Starbucks.

My husband and I sipped flavorsome coffee and an incredibly tasty cookie made by a local establishment. The inside of the market was filled with local wares. I loved it! Decor was tasteful and the place had great energy.
