Came here for a late lunch/early dinner. The first 2 red flags should of been you have to seat yourself and the place was an absolute ghost town. We eneded up be waited on by 3 different servers which was super odd. I ordered the smokehouse burger with fries ( fries were undercooked)and my wife ordered the southwest bowl it took over 45mins to get our food, both were lacking flavor big time and for a $19 burger you'd think it be a big one ...nope I've seen way bigger burgers for cheaper that taste 10x better. The only thing that was delicious was there homemade ranch. The service sucked the servers had attitude and when we were done and had paid as I was leaving I over heard the blonde haired boy make a snobby remark on my tip i left...i tip based off the service I get and the taste of food! ( not sure of any of their names) don't even remembering them telling me their names. This place was a HUGE disappointment as it was our first time ever being there. If you haven't been there and your reading this I strongly advise you to skip this place, cause we will definitely NOT be coming back to this place.

Me and my family went in to eat some lunch and enjoy the food we’ve heard good things about. Our server was a girl with blue/teal hair and she was very unwelcoming, never greeted us, was very bland and rude. She spilled sauce all over my plate and instead of offering to help us, she set it down and walked away like it wasn’t her problem. The attitude from the workers was very hostile.

On Saturday, September 13th, two of us and another couple went to The Kitchen on N. Oliver for dinner at 5:30. We have always enjoyed the food and the atmosphere there. And we did on Saturday until about 6:00 when a solo guitarist began to play – with an amplifier. The sound got so loud that we had to shout at each other across our table to be heard.
We enjoy nice background music while we’re dining but this was like attending a rock concert – which was not the reason we went to The Kitchen. In the future, we would be grateful if the management of The Kitchen either skipped the music or provide background-type music that would be more compatible with enjoying a meal while being able to engage in conversation at a normal voice level.

Wow where to start. So many red flags happened while I was here. I hate leaving reviews like this and seldom find an experience this abhorrent.
Wait staff lacks the most basic skills. We didn't have plates or silverware for over 45 mins. We were told the kitchen had to stop taking orders after asking why it was taking so long. 1.5 hours for 4 entrees is crazy.The staff seems disengaged, rude, and seemingly unapologetic. Owner came by the table not noticing we didn't have plates or asking how things were going. Wake up!
It's very frustrating eating in a place like this. We don't go out often so this was a bummer. I felt ignored and rushed past while getting very underwhelming food and service. I wish them the best bc this was a disaster. They need a miracle!

We hosted a baby shower here and it could not have been more perfect. The food was absolutely delicious and every dish was fresh and full of flavor. The service was outstanding, attentive, and made everything run so smoothly. The private dining area was beautiful, spacious, and created the perfect atmosphere for our celebration.
Stacy, the manager, was absolutely a delight to work with and made the entire process so easy.
We are so grateful for the experience and highly recommend this restaurant for both dining and special events.
