Crab ragoons were very good. I had to tell my brother to go try them as well. If you like sweet crab ragoon, then these will knock your socks off.

the restaurant is dirty, the plates and glasses seem not to be washed, the food is not good, if anyone wants to eat dim sum in wichita this is the restaurant not to go to..!

Came here with a couple of friends to try out their dim sum... it really disappointed me. I heard it was a good spot for it from some coworkers, and it just didn't even come close to being good.In my opinion, the place was really dirty and was in need of an overhaul of some sort to clean it up and get things organized.Food was affordable, but not something amazing. They pushed a single cart around for us to see and then afterwards we just had to order via waiter. Didn't get to have any greens and they only had maybe 5-8 different dishes in the cart. Meh

Went with a colleague who suggested it. My water glass was dirty in multiple places, menu was dirty, windows were dirty, table had a plastic cover that was held together with tape, we had two unknown bugs land on our table, building had an old smell, and I was honestly a little bit worried about getting food poisoning, but I was a good sport and ate the Sweet and Sour Chicken. It was pretty good, and the people were very sweet, but somehow the fortune cookies were bad...even in a sealed package. I did not get sick though, so it is not without redemption.

I like the crispy beef on the menu. I haven't really tried anything else cuz I wasn't in Wichita very long. It had a good flavor and the name described to the beef very well. Wasn't disappointed in what I got. My waiter was friendly also.

This place has gone downhill every time I go there, Mothers Day would be the last time I’d go there. Took my wife and handicapped mother there for Mother’s Day, got seated and that was it, no waiter,no one came to to bring anything to our table, there were other people who were also neglected. There would be other people that just came in like 20 minutes after us and already were served food before us, I just got up and left along with several other people that were neglected. Never going back and i hope they go out of business.
We usually go for the lunch specials, which are Tues.-Fri. The food has always been very good and you get a generous amount of food for a moderate price. It's not very busy, not sure why, maybe because it's not in a very nice part of town. It is quiet. The service has always been good. A great place to eat lunch!

A friend and I were really in the mood for dumplings so I googled what place has dumplings? I came across a few but Toms' stood out the most. And mostly because I love trying new places I've never been to before. It's definitely off the beaten path, like not in the best area, but I was so worth it! My friend and I shared a least 5 different little small shareable sized plates like the photos I shared below. Unfortunately I didn't get pictures of everything. Although we only got small plates I'd give the food itself 10/10. So much flavor and love. I would absolutely come back! It appeared to be ran by an older married couple. They were very sweet. The night we went it seemed they were the only ones running the place. They were out of a couple things we wanted to try but what we did order the food felt like it was made fresh for the table and made with love. But with that being said service was kind of slow due to staffing, which is the only reason for my 4 start rating. The dining room was a great size and the decor was beautiful and seemed very traditional to the Chinese culture. I also really enjoyed seeing the families personal photos at the checkout counter. It added a very beautiful touch to the history and love from the family that went into this restaurant.

Worst dim sum I ever had in my life. Pretty much inedible dim sum on a dirty establishment with rude unprofessional staff. The old lady at the cashier needs to retire because she kept calculating the wrong overall price wanting to overcharge us.

I was super excited to find a place with good reviews for dim sum in Wichita. Those reviews may be fake based off not just my, but the 4 other people with me who stated their contempt as well.We ordered shrimp balls, roasted duck, steamed pork buns, eggplant shrimp, fried tofu, egg custard tarts, and more. The food was nearly inedible. We all left food on our plates and the table.To top it off, the service was so bad I eventually had to get up to ask for someone to come over. There were only 4 other occupied tables and the staff was sitting playing on their phones. After I asked for service they continued to sit and play on their phones.The food was very expensive at around $25/person for some of the worst food I've ever eaten.
