I was really disappointed with our experience at Topgolf. When we first sat down, our server brought water and then completely disappeared. No one checked on us again for over an hour, and we had to sit there without service wondering if anyone even knew we were there.
To make things worse, a member of management eventually came over and told us this was our third and final warning for vaping, which was shocking because no one had ever spoken to us before or given any kind of warning. Being accused without prior communication felt unprofessional and unfair.
I’ve had better experiences at other Topgolf locations, but this one missed the mark badly.

The overall experience at Topgolf was frustrating and poorly managed. Service was especially disappointing. Our server was rarely around, orders took forever, and when food and drinks finally arrived, some items were missing or incorrect. Trying to get help felt impossible, as staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in fixing issues. For the amount of money spent, the experience should have been smooth and enjoyable, but instead it felt rushed, chaotic, and stressful. Topgolf clearly prioritizes volume over customer experience. I would not recommend it if you’re looking for good service or a quality experience. Emily the manager was very unprofessional.

We had such an incredible time at Topgolf this afternoon. The staff and managers went above and beyond to make our visit easy, fun, and completely stress-free, even with three kids in tow! Everyone was so friendly and genuinely accommodating.
They helped us get settled, checked in on us often, and made sure the kids were comfortable and having a great time.
It’s rare to find a place where the whole team treats you like a priority, but that’s exactly how we felt. We left with happy kids, great memories!

Was there for a small event and had a fantastic time! The staff were amazing. They were very attentive to our needs, consistently checked in on us throughout the time and were prompt with our multiple food/drink orders. Would absolutely recommend!
We celebrated my son's 15th birthday last night and we had the best server! His name was Zack. He was funny and quick and everything was absolutely perfect. He went above and beyond normal service and we truly appreciated it. The food was great, we just ordered appizters and donuts holes and everything was delicious. We definitely will be back
