My smoothie was full of ice chunks every sip i had huge chunks that got stuck in the straw. I am pretty sure the banana i paid extra for was not added to it because i couldn’t taste it. Horrible experience!!

I have been coming here for a while, I like the Bahama Mama I like that Island detox, and I love the chicken quesadillas. And I will keep coming here. Keep up the good work guys
I love tropical smoothie. This location at 21st and Webb is by far the worst. Every time I make on online order it's never done on time. Many times I have been there they are out of ingredients for them. The store is always dirty. And the one I assume is manager is very rude

We enjoy the quiet and clean atmosphere of this shop. Also, the food and customer service is always good.
The workers are kind and friendly. Others who complain about the wait time may be comparing it to regular fast food. These ingredients are fresher and better for you; consequently, it may take a little longer to prepare. I have enjoyed everything I have tried here.
Service was great and the smoothie was outstanding. Definitely recommend the jetty punch if you like strawberry banana smoothies.
My favorite smoothie is the peanut paradise! I would recommend to friends and family and the staff is friendly.
