My daughter recently took me out to lunch at Tuta's and I really enjoyed it. Consequently I visited again with my wife. My wife enjoyed her food. Unfortunately I did not. I ordered the same thing that I did when I visited with my daughter, General Chicken. This time the chicken was old and dry. There was no sauce on it. And the fried rice was mushy. This visit was on a Friday afternoon around 4:00 pm.
Considering it is out of our way to get there and there are closer options I doubt we will be back.

The food was just ok. We tried the teriyaki and general tso chicken along with egg rolls, dumplings and crab Rangoon. Everything felt like it had been cooked yesterday. The chicken from the teriyaki tasted like frozen chicken from Walmart warmed up with some sauce. The general tso chicken just didn't taste like any other tsos we've ever had, not unpleasant just not what we expected. The crab Rangoon had a rubbery feel instead of the nice crunch we expect. The egg rolls and dumplings we had zero complaints and rather enjoyed, just wish we'd ordered more than the few we did. Overall we have another place that is a bit closer that we really enjoy. But we tried to give tutas a shot

Everything is good and all but lately there spring rolls are not so well anymore. I asked if they are fresh and the girl ignored me. I have many years coming here and when they were in a different location in Broadway they were the best... twice I've ordered spring rolls and they stick the tared its not the same

I love this place and it is on my regular rotation. The chicken teriyaki with steamed rice and shredded veggies is my go to but the beef is great too- add some chili sauce on the side. Friendly staff and family run business is a local bonus. Amazing how long they have been providing Wichita great food at great prices
