Over the years, the place has changed. Usually, the BBQ is great. Forget the texas toast--the last few orders I've placed over about the last six months its been chewy and cold. There are some hints the place is on its way down. Also, don't bother with the wings, they're always hit-or-miss (or a mix). Sometimes, you get a wing that's great, more often they're more the texture of jerky. Today, I placed an online order, then found out the online system had automatically advanced the pickup date to five days from today. Then, I noticed the order acknowledgment said I'd placed the order outside of their regular open hours. It was 11:30 a.m. on a Wednesday (usually they're open). I tried to call Two Brothers on two different phone numbers, but each number automatically went to voice mail. I drove to the College Hill location (where I had placed the order for pickup) and found they were closed because of an equipment problem. Later in the afternoon, I finally got through to a person at the restaurant who sounded like he could care less about my issue and told me to call the online ordering site (Menufy) because Two Brothers didn't handle its own cancellations. I told them the Menufy site said to call the restaurant. They didn't care what Menufy said. So, I called Menufy and, wow!, what great customer service. The Menufy rep looked up the order and canceled it in less than a minute! Since Two Brothers is not the only BBQ joint in town, I won't be back. There's plenty of good BBQ with better customer service elsewhere.

WHICH WAS BRISKET... VERY SMALL AMOUNT SERVED... WHAT THE HECK... FOR THAT AMOUNT THAT WE PAID WE SHOULD HAVE GONE ELSEWHERE... THE ONLY ONE WE'LL CONTINUE TO EAT AT IS ON CENTRAL

This two brothers was terrible compared to the one on central. The person taking my order was more concerned about getting back to whatever was on her phone than helping a customer. If you want good two brothers, then go to the one on central, avoid this one like the plague.

I ordered rib dinner. Fried okra and Mac and cheese. Got nothing of what I ordered. I got brisket. Baked beans and some potatoe stuff. I was so very disappointed. My very first time and I thought hmmm. And nope.

You guys locked your doors 15 min early. Sign even said open and you guys locked the door and dead stared at me like I was stupid. Bad for business and bad work ethic.

I ordered a combo platter with moist brisket and ribs. The brisket and ribs were fantastic, but the scalloped potatoes tasted too much like weird sour and cream chips. My sister enjoyed her fried okra but my mom said it tasted like it was made from frozen. It was decent but I would only go back for the meat - not the sides.

Very disappointing, it had 4 1/2 rating. Only good part was the smoked sausage. Potato salad was very inauthentic. My pulled pork was burnt. And I went at 12:20pm.

The brisket was very dry, the desserts sat to long nasty. Don't think we will be going back. Next time Hog Wild it never disappoints.
The pulled pork was very dry, can't believe they were selling it like that. The guy behind the counter even said it was very dry.So today I went back and the pork was much much better and they did take care of me. Thanks guys!!!
