UNO MAS FRESH MEX

The owner is nice and the food isn't bad. Sadly his staff is horrible when the owner isn't around. My latest bad experience with the staff there was yesterday. I pulled up to the drive-thru and tried to order. No sign saying the drive-thru is broke. I waited and then pulled up to the drive-thru window to see if I could see anyone. No one was near the window. I wait a minute or two. Nothing. I thought they may have gone out of business. So I pulled around front where there was only one car (with person sitting in car). I then saw the open sign lit up. So I walked in. The two employees there were in the back corner of the restaurant talking. One of them walked behind the counter, up to the cash register.I said, "I almost thought you guys were closed since I came through the drive thru." Employee said, "It doesn't work". I said, "A sign to that affect would have help." Her response was, "Soooo, what do you want." I thought, "No apology, no acknowledgement that I was trying to help. So rude." So I said, "I will take my business else wear. No other customers were inside so I guess, everyone else has taken their business elsewhere.This place will probably go out of business, not because the food or the owner is bad but his staff is lazy, rude, and unprofessional. I don't plan on returning.

Just close the business on the east side, you might have good food but this store is the absolute worst. The employees are terrible.

Food was delicious! The lady working the register was not very friendly when we ordered but seemed a bit nicer when she brought us our tacos. It was a friday evening so maybe she was just ready to be off and go home. Not sure honestly.

The bam bam shrimp street taco are AMAZING!!!!!! I drive to Wichita just to eat them!

Be nice if they would answer the phone so I could place a to go order since I only get 30 mins for lunch and they don't deliver.

They couldn't serve me after waiting for 8 minutes, no one was even at the counter. I showed up at 1:15p.m. and just walked out. Sad it's great out west.

Flavors were good and the workers were nice. The birria consommé was verging on being too salty, but still pretty decent. All the meats has good flavor but were a bit on the dry side. Not a deal breaker though. Tortillas could have been softer, they seemed a little stale. Elote dip and garnishes on the tacos were awesome and definitely carried the meal.

First timer here. Absolutely loved the workers and food. Very authentic food. Kitchen is clean! Will be coming back soon!!!

Fast and easy for lunch pick up order. The carne asada and carnitas tacos were excellent. Queso was very good and came with tons of fresh chips. Will definitely return.

This place is absolutely amazing! I had Carnitas burrito bowl with chips and queso. The portions were huge and tasted absolutely amazing! Can't wait to go back!

I have gotten different types of tacos to try but the meats were dry and flavorless in small amounts. Corn tortillas were also dry, gritty, and fell apart when holding the taco. At least the veggies were fresh but that didn't help the tacos. The best thing about the meal were the salsas. Place was fairly clean and decent customer service.

Food was out quickly. Steak was overcooked no flavor. Tortilla tastes expired and was very tough. Rice and beans were not warm. Almost as if it was sitting out all day.

Honestly, didn't spend a penny at this place. I walk in, employees are sitting down in the back. The girl that walked to the counter didn't seem happy. I joked with her about sitting down doing nothing, and she got offended at it. Rolled her yes at me and my baby, so we turned around and walked out. Customers joke with me all the time where I work at. A customer walks in and should be greeted with a smile, not with a look that says you want to quit. Bad 1st impression, since I have never been to an UnoMas. Most definitely my last time too

East side location okay, good still-but staff was very unfriendly. Unfortunate since the food is so good, but every other visit at both locations & the truck have been great to stellar. Will return but probably at my normal locations.

Foods delicious, for the most part. We had the Shrimp Pastor tacos. The shredded slaw didn't taste right but the shrimp was awesome as usual, the fries delicious, service fast.
