makes no sense that they have a ENTIRE section of women's pajamas but 2 choices for kids, and they wouldn't let me return anything cuz it was over 50 dollars why does the price even matter sucks that they're one of the biggest stores and has nothing

I wasn't that pleased with this visit. Needed flea and tick medication for my dog which is locked up. Had to go around asking for it to be unlocked. It took 3 pages and a call for a manger 30 minutes later I finally got what i needed.

Trash as always. Cashier let me put all my groceries on the conveyor while having a conversation about catfish curry with the person in line ahead of me. When he was finished, he looked at me and said he was done for the day, turned his lane light off, and walked away.

Customer service is sometimes rude. The woman literally told me that I needed my receipt next time or that they were going to flag me because it was their policy because of theft. Wow, you get treated like a criminal when you are not. If the Walmart corporations would not print out receipts on slippery paper causing the ink to disappear in a couple of days. Hmmm, who's being deceptive here? Some customers are very rude as well. I was going out the door in the disabled cart on August 11th, 2024. The young man in front of me blocked me from going out the door with his basket grabbing his soccer ball and one bag and leaving his basket there in front of my handicap cart. Another customer saw what happened and grabbed the cart to move it out of the way to allow me to leave the building. Another time, a woman with her daughter saw me in my handicap.cart I stayed to the far right of the aisle. She had so much room to go around me. I kept slowing down, waiting for her to go around. She had plenty of aisle room she came right up on my cart and said, "What are you trying to do? Run me over? OMG! These rude customers do not care about showing respect to anyone, especially if you're in a handicap cart. I literally show more respect to the customers by going slow enough or stopping my cart to give them the right away. Some rude uppity customers need to learn to not be such rude degenerates.

If they are going to lock up flea collars, they should have an employee with keys to help. There was us and another lady waiting for at least 20 minutes. They paged someone to help but nobody showed up. My husband asked if this young employee could help or find someone to help and she informed him that she didn't have keys and it wasn't her department. This was the one on W Kellogg beside Sam's Club.
