“We ordered 2 of the spicy chicken combos, to eat there. We noticed neither of our spicy chickens had any spice to them. None at all. Someone gave us two regular chicken sandwiches. We'd already started eating, and though not what we'd wanted they weren't bad, so we just ate & left. Really wanted that spicy chicken though.“
“My wife and two young daughters dined in mid-afternoon this Saturday. The food was delcious, and the woman working the register was super polite and caring. My wife watched as she went around to another table and their own to ask how the food was tasting. My wife wishes she would have caught her name or position, but didnt.
We both feel it is rare nowadays to find someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and job, especially in the fast food service industry. This woman has made 4 customers who will loyally return to this Wendys, regardless of the fact that we have others closer to our house. Thank you wonderful woman!“

“There is a sharp difference in the experience at this Wendy's vs the Seneca location - had actually been at the other one but it was taking so long to even be greeted that we drove over here - MUCH BETTER - everything from the outside appearance to the friendly tone of voice was excellent - felt good when we left“
“The young man running the register was very friendly and took my order promptly. As I was leaving the restaurant I left my coat on the back of my chair. When I went back hours later, he had kept my coat in the back room and remembered my name from my order. It was so nice to know that he cared enough to do that!

“it’s… okay. the food is fine but i don’t really explore much (i mainly go for fries and frosties).
unfortunately, the service is the part that’s not amazing. the employees are NICE, but there have been multiple times where they’ve closed the drive thru early. i used to work at chick-fil-a and we’d serve the drive thru up until close - i swear here they’ll shut the drive thru with like 10-20 mins left depending on how they’re feeling, lol. idk if that’s a rule but yeah, never heard of it. food also takes a while so they might be low staff unfortunately. i’m still giving 4 stars though because my fries are always fresh and again, the employees are at least kind.“
“11:24 pm 06/10/24 Seemed like a hectic night but by far some of the best customer service I’ve received in a drive thru in an extremely long time. I believe it was possibly the manager running the window and taking orders. She was wonderful, very polite and very kind. Had a smile and was cheerful, she had her hair in a ponytail and it was longish brown hair. Whoever she is deserves a raise“

“I ordered a Dave's single combo with medium french fries and substituted the Coke with a large chocolate Frosty. I love Wendy's chocolate Frosty's! I ate the food inside the restaurant. The service was very slow because of the lack of employees at the Wendy's on West Street by Central at 1:15pm. on Tuesday, April 16th, 2024. That's the only reason I gave the service only 2 stars. I understand it is hard to get good help these days. It's everywhere, not just in restaurants. I figured if I waited until after the noon time rush was over, the service would be faster. I waited in line for several minutes until an employee finally took my order. At the time, it was not very busy inside or at the drive-thru line. It did not take very long to get my food cooked after I ordered it. My food was fresh and tasted great. ? Thank you again for your delicious chocolate, Frosty's!“

“The cashier was very friendly. The food was fresh & HOT!! They took my order fast & got my food pretty quick.
Parking: Plenty parking on both sides of building & has lots of parking spots.

“The owner of this location is a kind-hearted wonderful human being. She takes pride in her work, always friendly, high energy, and constantly going above and beyond. She runs an efficient restaurant and her employees reap the benefits of such a well-run business. The employees almost always seem happy to help with anything you might need. I ordered my usual order (bacon cheeseburger with extra mayo) and realized I left my wallet in my other pair of scrubs at the hospital. The owner (I think Barbara is her name) was incredibly understanding and didn't miss a beat in helping me with my embarrassing situation. I have one more year left in Wichita before I finish residency and I am going to be using this Wendy's location exclusively for my fast food dining needs. Her excellent service, combined with going above and beyond without even the slightest hesitation, has easily earned her my loyalty. If I was still working a fast food worker, I would happily have her as a boss. Would highly recommend this Wendy's to anyone“
