“We ordered 2 of the spicy chicken combos, to eat there. We noticed neither of our spicy chickens had any spice to them. None at all. Someone gave us two regular chicken sandwiches. We'd already started eating, and though not what we'd wanted they weren't bad, so we just ate & left. Really wanted that spicy chicken though.“

“There is a sharp difference in the experience at this Wendy's vs the Seneca location - had actually been at the other one but it was taking so long to even be greeted that we drove over here - MUCH BETTER - everything from the outside appearance to the friendly tone of voice was excellent - felt good when we left“
“The young man running the register was very friendly and took my order promptly. As I was leaving the restaurant I left my coat on the back of my chair. When I went back hours later, he had kept my coat in the back room and remembered my name from my order. It was so nice to know that he cared enough to do that!
Dietary restrictions: The burgers taste fresh and aren't as salty tasting as most fast food hamburgers.“
“11:24 pm 06/10/24 Seemed like a hectic night but by far some of the best customer service I’ve received in a drive thru in an extremely long time. I believe it was possibly the manager running the window and taking orders. She was wonderful, very polite and very kind. Had a smile and was cheerful, she had her hair in a ponytail and it was longish brown hair. Whoever she is deserves a raise“
“This location has always been kind to me. I will come here over any other location almost religiously. The staff are great and kind and patient, Management always has the customers interest in mind when things go wrong, and they fix it without complaints. They are polite and understanding. And the GM is a great guy as well. He has a kind heart and is always willing to talk to customers, making time for us even at his busiest. This location is amazing.“
“I ordered a Dave's single combo with medium french fries and substituted the Coke with a large chocolate Frosty. I love Wendy's chocolate Frosty's! I ate the food inside the restaurant. The service was very slow because of the lack of employees at the Wendy's on West Street by Central at 1:15pm. on Tuesday, April 16th, 2024. That's the only reason I gave the service only 2 stars. I understand it is hard to get good help these days. It's everywhere, not just in restaurants. I figured if I waited until after the noon time rush was over, the service would be faster. I waited in line for several minutes until an employee finally took my order. At the time, it was not very busy inside or at the drive-thru line. It did not take very long to get my food cooked after I ordered it. My food was fresh and tasted great. ? Thank you again for your delicious chocolate, Frosty's!“
“Came in Saturday night and the place is so clean, the service was outstanding, and the food was hot and fresh. I typically don’t look forward to dining in fast food restaurants but this was a great experience. Thank you Wendy’s on s rock.“

“The cashier was very friendly. The food was fresh & HOT!! They took my order fast & got my food pretty quick.
Parking: Plenty parking on both sides of building & has lots of parking spots.

“The french fries were awesome - lots of salt. Our burgers were fresh, and the chicken nuggets were just right. I was also happy that they have one of those nice soda machines inside for customers. Staff was friendly too, which is always a bonus at a fast food restaurant. It's about time for a restaurant remodel.“
“My sister and I came in here at the location on Harry Street to eat supper places really busy I counted the right orders up on the board probably 8 or 9 people standing in line. Very busy but they were they were excellent job gentleman that would run register told us he's just learning how to start to run register just want to let you guys know that the manager she had it in well I'm at the cost of a very very very good so I have to give him five all the way across that a really good job. Should read 11 orders upon your board at once.“
