Had a horrible experience today.My daughter is in hospital. Dr finally said she could eat solid food.All she wanted was Grilled ranch chicken wrap and fries! Sadly the fries sucked.And the wrap was the even worse. Messy falling apart a couple pieces of lettuce and tortilla was torn up.I will never go back to the Broadway and Kellogg location again!!!

After attending a Hockey game at the arena my son and I went back to the hotel to change and decided to walk to this Wendy's since our research said it was open until midnight. This was Saturday 18 Oct 2025 at 10:41pm. As we approached, 3 workers smoking outside told us they were closed. The lights inside were all on and we had witnessed a car in the drive thru as we approached. Not wanting to cause a scene, we decided to leave. This is why I am giving this Wendy's a sub par rating.

Found a hair in my burger today was not the best experience. When I presented my issue to staff member Wendell he stated that the meal was almost gone and wat did I want to do I wanted me e money back and that’s when he made it a issue like I was lying about the hair. The cook that prepare my burger came up and was just looking and I said it was her hair. The manager finally came up and apologized and refunded my money. I will not be returning there and I also feel like Wendell should have stayed in his place since he couldn’t rectify the concern.

Ridiculous! I am typically patient, having worked in customer service. I ordered three meals, and the wait was about 15 minutes. Not only that, but upon receiving the order, they forgot the shake. We waited an additional 5 minutes, and nothing happened. I decided to go down and talk to the lady who had handed us our food, and we told her about the shake she had forgotten. I asked for two additional BBQs, and you would think they would give them to me, especially after the inconvenience. Nope.

The gif was cold. When we asked for fresh fries, the girl looked at me like I was bothering her and told me to throw them away. It took over 5 minutes to get fresh ones. By then we were finished with our barely warm burgers. I expected a little more from this newer model Wendy’s. At the least, a welcoming smile. Won’t be returning.

And wow this Wendy's employee are crazy they just threw water on each other n they live together and telling a firefighter who clearly seen you not wash your hands as you touched his food and politely asked you to remake his food after you just got done cleaning the drinks n water you through on the female employee and telling n cussing her out all while the manager did was stood there and did nothing but record the whole thing remember this date 08/21/25 at around 3:00 - 3:30 in the afternoon VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
