Went to order my lunch and apparently the credit card machine was down, did not realize that as I did not see a sign which one of the women and one of the managers during the dayshift rudely told me next time learn to read and that there was a sign right on the drive-through. I believe her name was Sadie. I didn't get his name. The original drive-through girl that helped me was very nice though. They treated her pretty rudely as well though.

They tell u to pull forward so it don't mess up their drive time. But then leave to sit for over 10 mins. Do better Wendy's. There is a reason it's called FAST FOOD.

Can’t say I’ve had a drive through experience quite like this lol. We pulled up, were told we would be helped in a moment, and then we got to listen to another worker that had her mic on mistakenly talk to her coworkers for like five minutes (I’m not pressed, my dad and I were chuckling the whole time). So the first dude got back to us, we ordered (no chocolate frosties sad face). So we get to the window, no one is really talking to us, the girl we heard from before was at the window, mumbled something that neither me nor my dad could make out, then she gave us our frosties…we hadn’t paid yet lol. I believe a lead walked over and helped her out with the order. Then we got the receipt and it’s a “test receipt”?? What is going on at this location?? We got pulled forward, received our fries which were low to say the least. Not the worst experience, but strange for sure

The worst Wendy's in Wichita. Period.When I worked at a nearby call center, without fail, you'd lose most of your lunch time in the drive-thru at this place. This has been the case both pre-covid and afterward. This place was a running joke.I've had employees harass me (and literally THROW a bag of food at me) for coming in after waiting in the car for over 20 minutes and then "daring" to come in and wait for my order. I've seen employees literally quit on the spot and then the manager laughs it off because it was such a common occurrence. There have been times where the person in the car seem to be talking to employees over the intercom... forgetting they are at WORK and have a JOB to do.Weirdly though, the food generally came out okay regardless of the personnel on scene. It's not worth it if there are awful folks in the office or on the service side. Avoid.

I went inside hoping for better service than I've gotten in drive thru in the past. I ordered my food fresh off the grill and they accommodated me yet proceed to put fries in the fry holders and sit till my hamburgers were cooked so they were cold when I got home the burgers were good. The gentleman that took my order was a big tall guy with a shirt too small with his bear belly hanging out. The girl was dressed appropriately and another guy had a shirt that fit yet was wearing jeans that were hanging way below his waist and saggy. The color of the shrts were not a good look for Wendy's where are the red shirts and appropriate pants? I will probably continue to not go there again, only went because I had a coupon!

Tonight it took 40 minutes I order jr cheeseburger,jr cheeseburger deluxe,grilled chicken wrap, medium frosty, let me start of saying my chicken wrap I bit into it was hard as a rock I thought I was eating a bedrock wrap from the Flintstones years and the jr deluxe burger the meat was hard too. This is by far the worse Wendy's food ever. Hope the general manager can resolve this issue I'm very disappointed I never had bad food from Wendy's. I give good reviews but today was not a bad review.
