I normally have decent experiences when I go, but today was definitely just not up to par. Went to open my sandwich and there was the beginning of mold on the bottom of the bun :( definitely had no appetite after that

Visiting from the UK and was really looking forward to trying Wendys for the 1st time. I ordered the ranch chicken club burger and drive back to where I was staying, opened the bag and they'd given me a grilled chicken wrap. Tasted like crap and the sauce was mostly outside of the wrap and the chicken was cold and chewy (not sure if that's how it's supposed to be). The chocolate frosty was nice though but compared to everywhere else I've been so far in the states, the staff seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else.

Wendy's Drive-Thru Review:

I pulled up to Wendy’s this morning, excited for a quick breakfast. The website says the lobby opens at 6:30 AM, and it was well past that time. I figured maybe the doors were stuck or hadn't been unlocked yet, so I used the drive-thru. Well, when I let the employee know the lobby was locked, I was met with attitude. She told me to come inside instead of using the drive-thru, as if I should have roamed the entire building checking every door, like a security guard on patrol.

I calmly explained that the doors were locked when I tried to go in, but instead of addressing the issue, I was told, ‘There’s no sense being rude.’ The irony here was strong, given the delivery of that message.

Wendy’s, I wasn’t rude; I was confused and a bit frustrated. And honestly, if your doors are supposed to open at 6:30 AM, maybe unlock them? No one wants a side of sarcasm with their breakfast.

We ordered 2 of the spicy chicken combos, to eat there. We noticed neither of our spicy chickens had any spice to them. None at all. Someone gave us two regular chicken sandwiches. We'd already started eating, and though not what we'd wanted they weren't bad, so we just ate & left. Really wanted that spicy chicken though.

Wendy's breakfast gets worse with time apparently. When they first started breakfast it was great! Now they dont have roll style bun... insted they serve it on what is more like a hamburger bun or is a hamburger bun... it used to be good... there was a sauce that was good on it that came on it... and the egg was fresh like when you order at a real resturant and has the crispy thin edges on it like on a cast iron skillit or whatever... now its crap just like McDonalds...

Do not visit. We went to the store ordered our food. Then they didn't take the right order through the drive-thru and then we had used a coupon to get our money to save money and then whenever we got home we looked and saw our food was messed up and we live clear across town. Then saw that I had received no discount. I had then called them. Wendys told us come back and when we came back they said the orders all wrong really didn't even ask us what was wrong with it. I told them that two burgers were just supposed to only have ketchup and we we're missing one drink and then we didn't get our discount so they immediately gave me my money back and made me a drink and then had us pull forward wait for another 20 minutes and then after that we got our food and then we get home and then there's still all the condiments on the burger even though I ordered only ketchup on them and we didn't get lettuce this time on my wife's Burger because they said they're out of lettuce for the night; how random; and then we didn't get no sauces that we had got for our biggie bags and there was no sauces in this bag so we are missing that this time called them back to tell them about the problem and they said why don't you come back again and I asked him if there is another alternative because that's not going to work we live clear across town they asked what do I want to do and I said actually what do you want to do and he told me just give you two new biggie bags and I said that's not going to work I can't come back and he said I don't know what else to tell you... So, that's not helpful I don't appreciate that I will never have a conversation with anyone at that store again if they try to reach out to me, no thanks.
