Went to buy dinner tonight and the guy who was taking the order did not hear us right. Then did not even charger us everything we wanted then charged us for 2 things we did not want anyways. This is the second time now we have come to this Wendy's and they messed up on our order 2 times now. Not very happy with it. If they would let u put 0 stars that is what I would put cause it's not fair to people if they don't get all the food they want then have to order more cause they could not get it right the first time or hear us the first time either like come on. When we got our food and stuff the guy at the window straight up told us that he never heard us order the frosty that they wanted. He only heard us ask about the Wednesday adams one which I know we order 2 strawberry frosty on top of our order like this makes me so mad that I really don't want to go back to this Wendy's anymore. Like either listen very closely to the people that are ordering there food or get a new speaker

They had allowed a dog in there that wasn't a service dog and I don't believe that is right, especially in a restaurant.

Why do you advertise biscuits and gravy on your ordering app if you either don't sell it or don't make it any more? 3 separate times attempting to order it and I'm always told you don't have it. Inconsistency issues.

Purchased 3 meals last week, 2 burgers, 1 kids. I received the wrong burgers so my husband drove all the way back to get the correct order. Then, we opened our food to eat, and there is a long blonde hair BETWEEN my burger patties, all inside the cheese, disgusting- made me throw up (I was already feeling sick from literally hunger, that's the only reason I got Wendy's to begin with). While I was puking, my husband found more little blonde hairs in our fries, the FRIES guys, the darn fries!!! HOW???? I took photos, contacted customer service and they made me do a 40 minute report, made me email the photos, a bunch of stuff, stole a bunch of time from me.. just to ignore my emails so far, and not refund me. All I wanted was to fix my low iron, but instead I got sick. And they won't even issue me a refund for giving me disgusting, hairy food. Never again wendys, you're dead to me.

Joe is the fastest and most professional cook I have ever seen!! My wife and I received our meals in less than 2 mins. This place is a great place to eat and family friendly!

Had food delivered. Bun was like a rock, did not remove pickle or lettuce, fries cool. Instead of 2 cc cookies, got one sugar....

Came to order lunch 11am 3/6/24 (eat in lobby) both doors locked and no signage saying lobby is closed. There was only 2 people working inside running the drivethrough. I get if employees don't show up to work or something then closeing the lobby makes since but it takes 5 min to put a sign on the doors saying Sorry Lobby Colsed so people don't waste thier time.

Why is it every time I place a mobile order at this location, I am pulled forward in front of the building without my drinks so I can’t even step on a drink while I wait? Also, this time my order did not have kids toys for my kids meals and I’m lacking all silverware, napkins, straws, and condiments. Including a picture of the kids apples, which is comically empty.
Quite frankly I’m becoming very disappointed in this Wendy’s and I will start driving the extra 5 miles to Derby instead of visiting this location.
Also, I’m gluten-free and usually at Wendy’s that’s no problem. But at this specific location about half the time I have to go back inside after going through the drive-through because my sandwich has a bun even though it’s clearly ordered through the app with no bun and lettuce instead. I’m tired of having to fight over this with the employees and wish that they would Follow simple instructions.
