it’s… okay. the food is fine but i don’t really explore much (i mainly go for fries and frosties).
unfortunately, the service is the part that’s not amazing. the employees are NICE, but there have been multiple times where they’ve closed the drive thru early. i used to work at chick-fil-a and we’d serve the drive thru up until close - i swear here they’ll shut the drive thru with like 10-20 mins left depending on how they’re feeling, lol. idk if that’s a rule but yeah, never heard of it. food also takes a while so they might be low staff unfortunately. i’m still giving 4 stars though because my fries are always fresh and again, the employees are at least kind.

Ordered a Dave’s single without cheese and fries and coke. Had a ton of sauce on the burger and they put cheese on it. Didn’t get catsup and got cold fries. 😡 this was today at 1:00 at Greenwich Place.

Ordered online, got there and said to pull up to the front to wait for fresh nuggets, should be 6 minutes and they’d bring it out to us. 20 minutes later a worker comes out and asks if we are waiting for something. Told him what the situation and he said it had been ready. He brought it back it to us and apologized (he was great). Get home. The order is wrong, they had not given us our order and shorted us food. Did not give us our sauces either.

Consistently poor (I’m being kind). I keep trying, mainly out of convenience, and every time it is horrible. Drive somewhere else and save yourself the frustration.

I went in the drive-through and they said please pull and it took them five minutes to take my order when I pull around to the window to pay. Every single worker was on their phone scrolling by the window and when she gave my card back, I was handed with just a card, not offered a receipt and she handed me my frosty first, but not with a spoon with a fork and a knife and then handed me my food. I ordered the bacon fries and they’re three strips of bacon just bowl strips of bacon on top of fries.the cheese was barely melted. You could still see the shapes of the cheese. I am very disappointed in Wendy’s.

Constantly forget items or put the wrong things on items. Close 2-3 hours early more often than they close on time. They act like your an inconvenience for showing up. I get food service sucks I work in it too but you don't just get to treat every customer like garbage as if it's all their faults.

Probably one of the worst Wendy's burger I've ever had. Flat and just gross, both patties looked like flat squares and there was zero effort into wrapping it. Top and bottom buns were two different sizes. The fries weren't close to being good.

We had the best service. The young man who took our order was exceptional. He was friendly, he made a point to explain how we could order using the least expensive option. My 9 year old grandson had a special request on his burger and he made sure he knew which one was his. My grandson mentioned several times how much he liked the man who took our order. Our food was fast, hot, fresh and good. Thanks Wendy’s. We will be back

Receipt #40101 Emileigh at the drive up window can't get an order right. Repeated twice. No spoons for chili. Management does nothing here. This place needs help.

I haven't been to Wendy's in years, but it will NOW be a frequent stop! The woman at the register told me about the deals Wendy's offer. I decided on a very affordable and tasty breakfast biscuit. It was delicious and I have told my people about my experience.
