Kids wanted the krabby patty meal. I've been to this location before and was shorted so I really did not want to do it. Just got validation. Better check your order before you pull off because this place is the worst. Ordered 3 meals that was over $40. Shorted us a fry, no napkins, one spoon for two frosties, and one straw. Never again, they are not capable of getting it right 0-2.

Unacceptable Experience at Wendy's - Long Wait, Disorganized Service, and Arrogant Staff

I recently visited Wendy's, expecting a quick and satisfying meal. Unfortunately, my experience was a disaster.

Issue 1: Excessive Wait Time

We waited 45 minutes for our order, watching as others who arrived after us received their food. The lack of communication and updates from staff added to our frustration.

Issue 2: Disorganized Service

Orders were clearly not managed efficiently, leading to unnecessary delays.

Issue 3: Canceling the Order

After 45 minutes, we canceled our order. Instead of apologizing, the staff displayed arrogance and attitude.

Issue 4: Refund

Our money was returned in cash, but the tone and behavior of the staff made it feel like we were inconveniencing them.

What a ripoff. $21 for two chicken sandwich combos. Burgers and fries were barely warm when I got home 5 minutes after getting the order. They left off the tomatoes so it was lettuce and mayo and chicken. Won't be going back to Wendy's...ever.

I ordered here today. Usually I don't have a problem but when I got home and opened my Junior bacon cheeseburger which was poorly wrapped, by the way. I was missing the burger, the bacon and the cheese. It was just bread, mayo, tomato and lettuce. Please do better. Also I tried to get in touch with their customer service and the texting part was down and you cannot call if it's not Monday through Friday.?

The drive thru operators seem to have fun at their jobs. For the most of my orders this place is about 98% accurate. Which is really good these days for fast food restaurants. Overall food is done really well here.
