Fix the MASSIVE hole at the drive thru!!! Other than that all is well but even me saying massive is an understatement cause that thing could probably eat a vehicle..

I went to Wendy’s with my roommate and it was 40 mins to close so we didn’t expect anything perfect by any means, but we get home and my roommate takes a bite of the chicken sandwich and almost the whole thing is raw. Luckily I hadn’t taken a bite yet. We waited for 10 mins for the food cause they said they only had one fryer and so we were patient. Our fries were extremely old and cold as well, but we thought since it’s almost closing time we’ll just drench them in sauce and it would be fine since we hadn’t had a meal since 11 am. But for the chicken to be raw is absolutely disgusting. There was also not even a full piece of lettuce on the sandwich. We got food poisoning a couple months ago, but decided to try a new location and I can confirm we won’t be going back after both of these incidents at two different locations and will be returning for my money tomorrow morning. Wendy’s has went downhill in the past years but their prices haven’t.

BURNED a blister on my lip on my first bite and then when my hand turned hot grease ran down my arm dripped on my pants. I drove back and gave them back the chicken sandwich minus 1bite and didnt even ask for a refund so they couldn't claim i wanted money. Never again

The cashier was very friendly. The food was fresh & HOT!! They took my order fast & got my food pretty quick.
Parking: Plenty parking on both sides of building & has lots of parking spots.
Kid-friendliness: Its kid safe & very friendly workers.

The Krabby patty meal is a rip off! I waited for fresh fries that were not fresh at all. And there is still a big hole in the drive-thru!!! Ridiculous! 2 meals over $23 and can't even fixed the hole. Not going back!!!

Tonight was really disappointing and off putting - my son really wanted to try the krabby patty meal and as we waited in the drive thru line we played the music and laughed about how cool it was that there was a krabby patty meal After 15 minutes at the speaker without any greeting or response we noticed some people at the drive thru window who appeared quite upset - they actually got out and walked inside - I was also tired of the oddly long wait - went inside - I did NOT like how the manager was talking to these customers - I knew they had been waiting a long time and she just seemed to be annoyed that they had anything to say about it - not once did I hear her apologize or even speak to them with respect - instead I was reminded of an insolent teenager throwing a fit and playing the victim - my son saw all this and even he was like yeah I think we should go somewhere else... I HATE that she ruined something he was excited about - THAT is why I took the time to write this review. I also stopped and talked with the upset couple and they showed me their receipt so we could be specific on this post about date/time/people involved - manager could definitely stand to do some work on herself! YOU are not the victim when YOU SCREW UP!

Manager was VERY VERY disheveled, one of the workers reaches over the counter to get a cup with food on his hands, picked up 2 put 1 back cross contamination. Not only did I ask for fresh fries but they were mixed with some of the old fries that I JUST said I didn’t wasn’t the fries that were already sitting they said ok. The managers family was there in a family setting there was more hugging that needed to be seen in public??♀️??♀️. (Seneca location)
