Tried to order a family nugget through the drive through (which I've done several times) and they argued with me that they didn't have a 50 pc nugget and that it available on the app only. I told them I've gotten the exact same thing in person numerous times and they still denied me. As I drove away, the man in the drive window was HANGING OUT THE WINDOW WAVING, and SCREAMING BYE BYE BYE over and over like a child. I went to the other wendys and they made my order no problem, no questions, and no disrespect. I will NEVER return to that Wendy's

I have been in different Wendy's in several cities and States, but this one is an exception, the parking lot, the dining room, the bathroom, everything was neat. My order was made after I placed, I waited for three minutes, but the sandwiches and chicken nuggets were fresh and delicious. To be a Wendy's restaurant, this one gone beyond my expectations.

Don't turn all your lights off at 11pm to make it look like you're closed. No one can read your signs and it's just irritating. The menu isn't lit up in drive thru and your Wendy's sign is dark. Your lobby is dark and no outside lighting. We know what you're doing and we can see you through your windows.

Got my order wrong, and when I tried calling there playing games by hanging up the phone, I will be calling early in the morning ordering food at night sucks
Food was cold Severance was terrible from the drive thru attendant saying what do you want to the guys getting upset cause he forgot something

They make you pull around to door every time you go to the drive-thru, regardless of if there’s anybody in line or how long it takes to make your food. Both times I have ordered ahead of time and then showed up with no one else in drive thru, and both times I was told to pull around to doors. Food was given immediately upon pulling around to doors, so why can’t they just hand it over at the window? It seems they must be tracking wait times at the window which would be a way to ensure customers are served in a timely fashion, but management there has decided the appearance of fast service is more important than actually treating customers with respect and convenience. Someone higher up needs to know they are cheating the window time metrics at the expense of actual customer service.

You get home and decide hey, let's go to Wendy's bc it is supposed to be made to order, fresh n hot!!! Go into establishment and order n pick up my order, I just live couple blocks up the street, and I didn't even unwrap my burger bc it was ice cold, made to order huh!!! Calling and talking to mgr, I heard NO resolution to the issue, just they will remake the order... If you don't solve the problem, no progress is made!!! Fast food is a joke anymore, outrageous prices and less quality food and service, ridiculous!!! Btw the location is @ 21st and Amidon, in which I have lived in this community for 25 years and this is appalling... I probably will not be returning to this location again until things are fixed!!!
