The wait is unacceptable the line was barely moving and they were just laughing and giggling when we got up to the window. I work in food service and getting off at 10 then having to wait 20 minutes just for them to be messing around not ok.

I used to love this place but lately the fries are always cold and hard like they've been sitting there for awhile and I usually have to wait 10 plus minutes to get my food

This place is an absolute joke for over a week their card readers for the lobby haven't worked. You would think after a week of this they might want to fix it but apparently that's low on their list of priorities. So unless you have cash only you ain't eating or drinking anything unless you're in drive-thru.
This location has always been kind to me. I will come here over any other location almost religiously. The staff are great and kind and patient, Management always has the customers interest in mind when things go wrong, and they fix it without complaints. They are polite and understanding. And the GM is a great guy as well. He has a kind heart and is always willing to talk to customers, making time for us even at his busiest. This location is amazing.

First of all, right off the bat after their remodel they started the old practice of having you pull to the front to wait for your food even if you are the only one in line. Just to save their time goals but then they can take however long they want. Makes no sense. Then on my last visit this week I waited in line for nearly 10 minutes before a couple in front me and myself were even waited on. All this while the manager was at the drive through window. Granted she was the runner for those that were pulled to the front of the building but she was FaceTiming the entire time to the vehicles and back. And so, in my mind, if she’s the manager and has time to be on her phone, shouldn’t she be helping reduce the order line. Just my two cents!

I’m just going say this, after this location reopened after the rebuild, the service was amazing and the staff was amazing and professional and polite, now you have rude employees that cuss and laugh over the intercom, I tried ordering but every time, I get the same but this time they changed it up, I couldn’t order anything without constantly getting cut off and not allowed to finish, this place is going down hill and I hope the owner or gm or district manager reads these, because this needs to stop and some people need to be fired.

Horrible service, tried using a coupon for a buy one get one free meal and they charged full price and then refused to refund it, both Chili's we ordered were cold so we were told they were going to make us fresh chili.
They proceeded to let them sit there for 20 minutes on the counter and only put them into the microwave after we asked where our chili was. They forgot several items in our meal as well.
Terrible service and way too expensive for the added hassle of having to fight to get fresh food.

Today I decided to take my elderly grandmother to lunch and her favorite place is Wendy's. I don't usually come to the one on this side of town beings I live out East. I will never come back to this store . The employees were horrible the cussing and no disregard for customers was disgusting. I couldn't even tell a manager (I believe her name was Trinity)because she was in on it too. They were vaping while making food, throwing fries at each other, talking about sex ect... I couldn't believe it. Normally this kind of thing wouldn't bother me but my elderly grandmother heard it all and saw it all. We left without even getting our food or money back. This was such a disappointment.

Love bitting into my food and finding non food stuff in it. DISGUSTING.
I went to this Wendy's after a long day at the splash park with my son. He hasn't eaten all morning so I got him a nugget happy meal. We get home and I notice there's not a toy. Then he takes a bite of his nugget, and he started coughing and crying so I take a bite and they gave him spicy nuggets! I tried calling to talk to someone and it said that it was at peak time so I couldn't speak to anyone, so I drove back and I was still really irritated from the situation, but they gave him a new meal, with the correct nuggets and a toy. They also gave us some extra items for free that was nice. Still irritating especially since he's only 2 so something spicy like that, he's definitely not used to. Thankyou to the employees that helped make it right.

Food came out fast and delicious. In particular, a female employee, I think her name is Jacklyn, was very kind and accommodating, and brought my food out to the patio because I had my dog with me. She has a great attitude and is an asset to this location. Overall impressed with the cleanliness and experience here

Wendys mobile app says this location severs sauce nuggz. THEY DO NOT, this sucks because my brother went to another location and got them no problem. We where told "they won't have them till next week"..

The shift manager seems very unhappy about his position. Trying to make me drive back around for an extra sauce. Extremely rude and confrontational for no reason. Stay far far away.
