The last few visits lobby is closed early when doors are unlocked and it's 945pm lobby closes at 10pm. Employee was rude, and never locked the doors after walking away and getting in the car 2 additional people walked in and were not told lobby was closed. Walked up to counter and ordered.

"Wrong items for order and just smiled and said have a nice day when I tried to bring it up would rate lower" old review from about a year ago. Now they have a cashier at drive through pocketing a third of people's change to quote my dad's incident today your change is $15 dollars (receipt confirmed it and only gave hime $10 back they have not changed.

Wendy’s has changed for the better the fries are no longer cold I got the baconator fries and the peppermint frosty(frostys change every season summer and spring strawberry frosty winter peppermint frosty fall pumpkin spice frosty I recommend them all)I went in the drive thru and I just pulled up and about 30 seconds later I have my food and driving off great service.

They were dealing with fryer issues and were out of what I ordered on the app, but Cierra and the other folks working were very apologetic and kind. I'll visit again even though I pass another Wendys to get here. This one's just better.

THE WORST customer service in the drive thru. I’m Feeding my family so imma order a couple meals , No need to get an attitude with me when i ask for a simple drink carrier. She obviously didn’t put the large drinks in all the way and they fell all over my seats and they sat there and just stared at me. That fat white chick in the drive thru has no business working customer service with that attitude and lack of common sense. Like i get it lady id be mad working at wendy’s too lol. If i were her boss she’d be fired the way she handles herself .

The person at the register was extremely friendly and helpful. Now the people around not so much they were putting the chicken nuggets in the box without gloves or any kind of utensils. The employees were just goofing off and throwing food around by the fryer. The person who was working the fryer and boxing the nuggets was on his phone texting. The manager was on the line making sandwiches. The only 2 people who had gloves on was the 2 that was making sandwiches and the manager. Also the girl working the drive thru was talking badly about the customers that were in the drive thru, very unprofessional. Will not ever return back to this Wendy’s. I figured new restaurant better atmosphere but I was totally wrong.

I am very unhappy with my order and the customer service I received. I ordered a baked potato w/butter and sour cream, a junior cheeseburger plain and a small chocolate frosty. The only correct thing was the frosty but I did not get a spoon or straw with that! There was no butter or sour cream in my bag. The cheeseburger was cold. And I did not get a receipt for my order! I tried calling the store with no response. This is a rebuilt store but I don’t know if I will be returning!!

REMODELED and it looks absolutely amazing!!! Great customer service! Perioddd!!!! I used to come here and be disappointed everytime but now they do amazing! Everything’s so fresh! Definitely recommend. I love Wendy’s I’m so fat?!

Ordered Nuggets And They Were Not Fully Cooked And Made Me Sick. Plus They Never Answer Their Phone

Placed our order about 7:45pm...after 7 minutes the manager comes to the counter and yells across the restaurant where we are sitting stating that the do not have any chips for the Taco salad...we said ok expecting some sort of compromise but instead he walked off...a few minutes later our order was ready...so instead i got just a regular salad (which was only half full) with nothing...not even dressing...the cheeseburger that we also ordered was supposed to be without ketchup...they had put ketchup on it and realized they made a mistake and scrapped the ketchup off...after complaining to the counter person (manager wouldn't come out from the back) they made a new one...the fries were cold-seems the lady in drive-thru thought the same thing as she brought hers on for fresh hot fries-the pop machine had a puddle of water in front of it making getting drinks without wet feet a challenge. ..asked for our receipt and was told that their printer wasn't working and they were unable to give us one...the quality and care for a satisfied customer has went downhill....we won't be back
