This was sad, it was my first time eating at a Wendy's restaurant in almost 5 years. I didn't want a big lunch so all I ordered was a junior bacon cheeseburger. I asked no lettuce but the rest was fine.
What bothered me the most is the I guess manager greeted me and was taking my order. Even before I got to place my order she left me and a minute or so later some other lady came up and took my order. No problem I can understand sometimes managers get called away to take care of other things so you have to delegate.
The second lady was polite took my order and after I was done she turned to some Hispanic guy asking him if he could make my burger for me. He walked away as if he didn't hear her. The lady that actually rang me up went into the kitchen line and proceeded to make my burger on her own. I thought was cool, but she never washed her hands. I received my burger within a minute or so, which I thought was pretty fast, until I opened my burger up walking to check on my cattle trailer.
My burger was cold, my cheese looked like it just came out of the fridge, none was melted, the tomato if you want to call it that was literally a sliver and it tasted more like mayonnaise than anything.
I know I didn't order a gourmet meal or anything like that, my total was only like $3.40.
I went to a place to have a hot meal before I had to move my cows again and I got crappy service and cold food.
I will not be back to this location and possibly any others again.
You can keep your cold burgers and horrible service

Customer Service could be better. Update; the customer Service is still lacking and they don't use gloves when handling the food. The remodel looks nice but everything else can use some work. My wrap was good but the fries looked burnt, tasted old and were too salty. I enjoy Wendy's overall just not this location.

Usually never had problems with the food until recently with my stomach, not sure what was up with those nuggets since I never had any affects. I think like others said it must of been sitting too long under the lamp or it was just rubbery if I recalled. Need to be more careful with their food handling. Should of went to the other wendy's by walmart, should of also checked the reviews. Sighs.

Fries sat under a heat lamp all day then served to us, cold and stale. Their fresh hot fries initiative didnt last very long. Hit or miss at this location, often a miss.
This Wendy's at least gets my order right sometimes there busy but big difference from crappy Broadway store! Would recommend!

Will berate you in the lobby for asking for your order and when they make a mistake and check in the wrong order will continue telling you it’s your fault for not telling them even though I did ? I asked for my order by name and was checked in, only to have them try to stop another customer with HIS OWN ORDER to give to me? Continued arguing that I should’ve checked in with the app even though a person checked me in by name! Absolutely horrible service

They can not get their orders straight, obviously don't read their tickets and do not give you what you pay for. You need to add drive through to your choices. Service does not even deserve a one star.
