Michelle at the N West St location is awesome. Wendy's should be grateful to have her. We had an issue with a burger the other night. Michelle went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Michelle, you are the best!

Came on my lunch break from work, I started eating my fries on my way back to work and they are old nasty stell an cold, I called back there talked to Michelle she won't refund me unless I come back now, unfortunately I cant cause I have a job an only 30min. Break....they lost my service for sure

I went there for a door dash went to the door and it was locked went through the drive thru and was told it was unlocked which it wasn't said that it was locked and got attitude from the manager went inside and before walking in she's like right here sweetness and rudely walked inside then I went to pick it up and she rudely said that we were sitting in are car not trying the door and we did try the door she was just very rude about it
slow time but took long to make then get our order. staff wasn’t kind. order made wrong when given specifics. nugs overdone.

They were so short staffed, when you got to the window to pay, they had you immediately go to the other side of the building. It was terrible. They couldn't even get the orders right with the manager present.
