it's no issue if y'all decide to close early, but can online ordering at least be turned off? not great to order + pay, then show up and realize you're closed. lost time and money.

The chicken sandwich is not a real chicken breast anymore it's mechanical and every time I would say hey give me the chicken sandwich meal or this meal the little girl will try to correct me and say the number as if she was teaching me how to order instead of just taking my order

Showed up here 745 for breakfast. The doors were closed. No one around. The sign says dining room hours 645 am - 2200. What gives.

Absolutely the worst food i have ever gotten from a Wendys. Got an order in the drive thru. Drive home, maybe 7 minutes. Fries tasted old, no salt. But what was worse was my Daves double. The meat looked and tasted like it was leftover from lunch. It was dried out, not even lukewarm when i got home. Any juice that may have been left when they took it off the grill had left long before i got it. The only thing that i would have given 5 stars to was the pickles. Those were really tasty, tart and crunchy. But they didn't save the burger. Nothing could have.

I ordered on DoorDash when I got my food i only had 10$ out of 40.00 of food my chili had hair in it i called that day they didn’t care I called to day they didn’t care they put me on hold I hope the dm get this so they know how the people they have running there store is treating their customers I know im not the only one

Ordered biggie bag with J bacon cheese burger. It didn't have any bacon. The lady that took my money only gave me back $1.55 supposed to have been 3.55 I was too far past to go back. However I live on West side so certainly will not frequent this one.
So this Wendy's charges $1.99 for a glass of water and $.60 for cheese on your chilli, YET you go to any other Wendy's including the one on Greenwich rd approximately 3 miles away and a water is FREE the condiments including as our cream and cheese are FREE with your chilli. This Wendy's Sucks and after charging me for the cheese and sour cream they forgot to put it in the chilli and the sour cream in the bag at drive thru had to go back and get it WTH

Do yourself a favor and stay clear. Rude staff, wrong orders etc. Go to Calvin's burger haven instead if you can make the trip. They only hire low quality people to do the low quality work.
