Horrible! I cannot believe we allow this behavior in a restaurant. Drive through rep lied. When I went in the sup tried to cover the lie for her, until a different employee did what he said wasn't allowed. Started with bad grief and drove through personnel. She sent me to pull ahead to wait for food that wasn't even coming. Then the sup started rambling on and on where I could here him in the lobby by the pop machines. HORRIBLE

This place gets so busy with all the activities at the YMCA. They were packed full last night and the crew did such a great job getting everyone thru. Hard to get good help anymore. Kudos !

We ordered in the app. My husband picked it up. When he got home we found out they did not give us my husband’s sandwich and the baked potato. He went back and picked those up. My salad was awful!! It had a bunch of bad lettuce in it! We do not want to go back to that Wendy’s. We should not have to make a second trip so all I could do was pick at the salad! I’m done with this Wendy’s on Meridian in Wichita,Kansas. So frustrated and disappointing. I seen the bad lettuce before opening it, so they should have seen it! Well whatever, they just lost customers.

Employess acted as if were a bother being there and we were there about 530 fries were old and Cold asked for fresh and like was a big deal
This Wendy’s is terrible ordered a baconator was less then one piece of bacon and since when is it a single burger Also bathrooms didn’t have soap in them how’s the employees suppose to was there hands

There is a sharp difference in the experience at this Wendy's vs the Seneca location - had actually been at the other one but it was taking so long to even be greeted that we drove over here - MUCH BETTER - everything from the outside appearance to the friendly tone of voice was excellent - felt good when we left

Paid in the app, cashier said i had a balance so I paid again in cash and you still charged my debit card. Big corporations don't need to steal.
