Ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger with no mustard or ketchup. Fries were dry and old. Got sandwich and it had mayo on it. Was unaware the sandwich came with mayo. Would have been nice to have been asked if I still wanted the mayo on it. đ

Order through drive-through ask for fresh at the window pick up ask if itâs fresh employee said should be it was /Not fresh I wouldâve not Feed it to my dog I donât know what happened after the store was remodeled the food went straight to Hell waitress asked me for the wrong amount of money three times when I said no thatâs not right and she said sorry and then she came back and said the same thing again then she realize she made a mistake Did not apologize then the food sucked I did not want to waste one second making a phone call if they donât care about their business why should Iđ there was nobody there it took Long time waiting at the window on my foot still sitting next to the register while sheâs taking other people to order behind me somebody mustâve came, but I was there for at least 12 minutes or more before I paid for my food. She was on some other project. Obviously, They need a new manager thatâs for sure

This location have nasty attitude with customers. Order Uber Eats app. The app said ready to pick up but went into the store they claimed they canât see the order. Not even ready yet. Show them the app order details. The make the food with nasty attitude. Unacceptable. Itâs not our faults. Whoever managed this business should have check their staffs. How they can even work there if they not even have minimum qualifications that: respect customers??? Where the respect??? They should have been fired a long long long time ago!!! Please donât go to this location at all costs!!! đ

Manager came over and immediately had a nasty attitude. When I got my food, none of the fry boxes or chicken nugget boxes were put together and everything was a nasty mess at the bottom of the bag. Ordered frosty's and the spoons they gave us straight up were infused with the smell of weed.
Can't write a review. I walked in was seen by all the employees as I stood by the register and NOT A SINGLE 1 came to take my order or even say "I'll be right with you" and as I waited another man walked in the door walked up to the register and they waited on him immediately. WENDYS needs to revamp their staff and either pay them what they are worth (like back in the 80's at $3.75 an hour) until they can earn what they think they are actually worth. I would not recommend this store to anyone

It should be zero star. Took forever in line in drive-thru to get our order since two crews on break same time. And then took forever to get our food. Food is cold already. No ketchup or ranch. No spoon for frosty! Soooo upsetting. Probably 30 minutes or more waiting !
