This Wendy's, on Rock Rd is maybe the best Wendy's I've ever been to. The customer service was top notch. The food was fresh and delicious and the store didn't have a single dirty table. Great job, team!

Food was in the bag as ordered. When an order is carry out or to go, staff need to put napkins in the bag especially since the bag is sealed with red stickers.

No. The nugget was not biten by us. So we got a half ate nugget.
I also wanted a brownie swirl and got a chocolate frosty. Did I correct it? No. Why? Because the lady already seemed inconvenienced. Then she couldn't even tell us we had everything. Just slammed shut the window like we did something. Didn't say a single word to us. I know it's fast food I shouldn't expect much. I just guess expecting the bare minimum IS too much.

The lady that was working the drive thru was so monotone with the way she spoke and didn't come off polite also it states on their menu at the Wendy's drive thru that there is a jr cheeseburger deluxe and she kept telling there was no biggie bag with that when It clearly states that. Just wish people would be more polite with customer service instead of arguing with the customer I only wanted the jr cheeseburger deluxe for my son was that so much to ask for seriously do better Wendy's! Also fries are stale not even fresh order was made wrong one of the burgers were supposed to have no ketchup on it and it had ketchup how hard is it to get an order right listen to your customers seriously it's not that hard!

Terrible food. The fries as well as theur chicken sandwich were overcooked, dry and cold. When i called the store and requested to speak to a manager they did not allow me to speak to one and the man was a liar and very rude. When i went through the drive thru they said they did not have any spicy chicken but when i called they magically had it all of a sudden.

Forgot food in the drive and my wrap is hard and doesn't stay together. The whole thing just falls to pieces and isn't pleasant to eat at all.
