Sloooooowest Wendy’s in the west. OMG. I put in a mobile order and got to restaurant with only one car ahead of me. Told them I had a mobile order. 15 minutes later they brought the wrong order out. It’s now 25 minutes that I have set here waiting and still no food. Only ordered try three biggie bags. Finally got food but no double stack burger. Still waiting. Total of 30 minute wait to pick up a mobile order. Not acceptable. I advise to avoid this location. And the order was still not right as they put ketchup on the burger that was ordered without ketchup.

First of all I very rarely give bad reviews, I work in the restaurant field and find it upsetting how sad people are quick to give a bad review rather than a good one. When my husband and I walked in we noticed the dining area was clean, we went to the counter to order a gentleman promptly approached us took our order, I was a bit disappointed because they were out of baked potatoes, but it happens. Anyway all of a sudden we hear what sounded like 2 girls arguing loudly in the kitchen, one was cussing the other out, but soon found out they were kidding around. But, one of the girls was wearing a baggy long sweater, hip length hair down and flip-flops and honestly other than the first greeting the entire staff were acting like unsupervised children.

Do these employees not know what communicate means?? My mom and my sister came inside for food and looked at the menu till we knew what we wanted. Then we literally wait there for like a good 5 minutes, and literally nobody talked to us. They stared at us like we were lost or something. Like do you not realize that we are hungry? We should've said something but we didn't bother so we left. I don't think we are coming back there again.

Jen, Whitney and Quill are all remarkable people. They provided outstanding service and they were so kind, you don't see that at all anymore. They deserve a raise!!!! They're the only reason we will ever go back to Wendy's, they went above and beyond and knocked it out of the water. Its hard to find employees like this, someone did the right thing hiring all 3 of them!! Keep up the Great work ladies!!!!

Ordered the 2 BJC, n they gave me this, on both burgers, doesn't even have whole strips of bacon. And they just threw them right smack dab in the middle of the burger, for that they get a 2 star, but as for freshness they get this 4 star rating, oh n Fries was hot n fresh.

Unbelievably slow. Stopped by for lunch and waited 21 minutes from drive through until I got my food. Made me late back to work. How do you not have a spicy chicken ready to go at lunch time? Guy in front of me had to pull forward and wait as well. I won't be back. There was no one in the restaurant! No napkins in the bag!
Seriously, don't waste your money here. I had to wait for the fresh fries, not a problem. But could we not have done a check on the junior chicken bacon cheeseburgers? Neither of which had bacon on them! The staff was friendly and apologetic. However, just move on. Don't stop here. If you absolutely need Wendy's, go to the one on east Harry.

The food was very nice It had great flavor, esepacially the ravens blood frosty I highly recommend plus it was Wednesday themed. The people were super nice and helped with everything we needed. The only thing I have to say that wasn’t very awesome. Was some of the wallpaper was peeling a bit so the atmosphere was not amazing and the bathroom door wouldn’t open but other than that it was perfect.
