We love When Pigs Fly. Amazing barbecue. Lots of places forget about the sides, but not this crew. Great beans and the creamed corn is a must on every vist. We order often to take care of our work team and everyone is excited when we do. Amazing owners and probably the cleanest restaurant in Wichita.

Roomy and plenty of room, the young lady running the register was very nice and helpful, this our first time here. The food, the food was so good. Potatoes with pulled pork was huge! The two meat meal, brisket and jalapeño cheddar sausage then add 2 ribs. Cram corn and Cole slaw. We couldn’t find anything we didn’t like. Glad we came in.

My husband and I used When Pigs Fly BBQ catering for our elopement reception. They were very easy to coordinate with and have competitive catering prices! They came on time, and one man set up and served our 90+ guests and our wedding party with ZERO issues! While helping everyone, he even brought my husband and me our own plates so we didn't have to get up! He cleaned up, organized the food, and also packed it into the fridge for us to take home as leftovers! With the chaos of the evening, I have now rudely forgotten his name, but guys, he was awesome and worked so hard for our event!! He deserves a lot of credit! Besides calling, coordinating details, and picking what food we wanted, I basically put zero effort into the food, which was just fantastic! Hire them for your next catering event and you won't be disappointed, I promise! Thank you guys so much for making our evening great and feeding our family and friends!

We ate a there on 10/04/2025. We had the 2 meat meals. We had Coleslaw,macaroni salad and creamed corn for sides all were delicious! We had ribs,brisket and sausage.All were delicious! The staff were polite and attentive. Great experience. We will be back!
