Iconic and popular bar in Wichita and simply the best bar food for a small buck. Their starters are my favourite in town, especially the wings and quesadillas. Unbeatable prices during Happy Hour, but it's always packed! So hard to get a parking spot before 6 pm. Their drinks are awesome too, obviously they have a great whiskey selection, but I am also a big fan of their cocktails. Again, so cheap for what you get! Servers are hit and miss, so that's the only minus....

Well, I was pleasantly surprised. The bartender John was very polite and attentive to my needs. The mixed drinks were good, and so was the beer. The prices were great. I came alone but the people were friendly and sociable. I wanted to stay longer but I had other business to attend to. I will definitely be back, and maybe bring some friends next time. I had a good time.

The Butter Burger was great. The French Dip sandwich was slightly above average, as were the house-made potato chips that came with it. The real bummer were the onion rings. The breading was very thick & heavy (think fried chicken). The staff were very friendly.
